We used Karen Ashton from Berlad Graham for the sale of our inherited parents house. The sale was an emotional one given the background but Karen was professional and supportive at all times. Even when there was a delay from the buyers side she kept us informed and calmed our nerves through to the successful sale. A great service from an experienced team. Thank you.

Mine was a a fairly straightforward case (mis-accounting of rents leading to their not being paid by the letting agents), complicated by the obdurance of the agents. I had already asked another firm of lawyers to write a letter of claim to the agents. No rent was repaid, so I lodged a claim through the small claims court (which the agents did not attend), where the judge found & awarded costs in my favour but nothing was paid by the agents before the deadline imposed by the judgement.
I researched the remedies for the non-payment, most of which I thought unworkable in my case, so decided to use another solicitor.
I found Berlad Graham on the internet. I phoned them & think I was very lucky to be passed to Jerry. He was very quick in mastering the details and dealing with the practicalities, and doesn't bang on about academic options - very encouraging. He's also very quick in replying to emails & pleasant to deal with (there's certainly iron behind the affability, but also a good sense of humour & irony). At the very end (of a long, long story), he succeeded in what no-one else managed to achieve - full recovery by me (with interest) and all costs related to the matter paid by the agents: excellent.

Where do I start! To put it simply, Laura Harper and her team are truly the best at what they do. Unfortunately for me, I had a minor issue on a property title deed, which then evolved into a nasty piece of work, and if it wasn't for Laura and her team I would have been completely lost and possibly broke. Poor Laura had to put up with my constant needs for updates and answers, but she stayed persistent and managed to battle through all the bulls#*t for me. I can not thank her and her team enough. If you are looking for a solicitor to deal with your property transaction, you need Laura on your team.

We dealt with a women called alex to help with the sale of out home and I couldn't recccomend her enough. She was helpful from the get to to the final day of the sale. Always there for any questions I needed answered and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. If ever needed in the future I would definitely use her again. I am giving 5 star for Jerry Wilson not Berlad graham LLP. We have dispute and initially we have ED turner on board and he just sucks the money without proper guidelines. He left company and handover to Jerry and that is big turn for me. Within 6 months he solved our conflict.
Herry works from heart rather than money so I will tell please go with this man with great knowledge and understanding and he is not other solicitor who watch their time when counselling.
