beyond.fi lists incorrect size information on the product page. As a result, I bought the product half a size smaller. Once the item arrived, I quickly realized it was too small! beyond.fi isn't responding to any emails. I sent the item back, and it has been sitting at a parcel pickup station waiting to be collected since July 25, 2026 (today is July 28, 2026). Yes, mistakes happen, but the way beyond.fi treats customers—and the fact that they aren't even picking up the return from the station—is absolutely unacceptable! If you want to avoid a headache, don't buy from beyond.fi!!!

Comprei um produto em saldo 50€ para entregar em Portugal foi cobrado 22€ de transporte DHL , o vendedor criou uma etiqueta de transporte mais não entregou o produto para a DHL Express , tenho um código de rastreamento que não sai do lugar , compra realizada em 23/10/25 e hoje dia 28/10/25 não tenho resposta do vendedor . Pedi o reembolso no PayPal ,

I am so deeply disturbed how my order went from on the way - To New Jersey on the tracker to not available! These items are still being made available and I am really troubled that my order was not honored.

Could it have been the order was not big enough or another reason I care not to mention. I really want to get to the bottom of this so I want to either hear from management, owner or who I need to continue to track this with.

I am just so broken after waiting and purchasing everything else to go with these items to be denied them!

I had a very disappointing experience with Beyond. I ordered a size L jacket, but they sent me an XL instead. The size tag on the jacket clearly states XL, and I contacted them just 22 minutes after delivery to report the issue. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept insisting their internal scans showed they sent the correct size—ignoring the clear physical evidence I provided.

To make matters worse, they accused me of trying to return a jacket from somewhere else, which is completely absurd. Rather than helping resolve the issue, they made excuse after excuse, forcing me to escalate the dispute through PayPal.

On top of that, their return policy is unfair and violates EU consumer rights. They state that original shipping costs will not be refunded, which is not allowed under EU law when a product is incorrect or not as described. This shows that they do not respect consumer protection laws.

Mistakes can happen, but a trustworthy company takes responsibility and treats its customers fairly—this shop does not. I strongly advise against buying from them unless you’re willing to risk losing your money if something goes wrong.

Super fast delivery, ordered on 04/24/24 and received my package on 04/26/24.
The package was delivered from Finland to Bavaria within 2 days, the goods are as described on the homepage.
The only drawback, if you can call it that, was the packaging. The goods were delivered without any outer packaging in a bubble bag and were therefore very slightly dirty, but that didn't hurt the whole thing.
I would definitely order there again, thumbs up.

Luvattiin vaikka mitä eikä mitään toteutettu. Venasin yli 10h uusia kenkiä ja 90 muuta ihmistä. Mutta vaan vaan 13 kappaletta otettiin myyntiin. Ja varmaan yli 200 paria he arpovat.

Ostin beyondactive.fi kautta heidän "Airpodinsa" jotka toimivat melkein kaksi viikkoa ennenkuin päättivät vain lopettaa toimintansa. Pistin palautetta ja kyselyä miten nämä voisi korjata ja mitä olin yrittänyt jo. Sain vastaukseksi yleisen "koita tätä" tason vastauksen, joka oli prikulleen sama jota kerroin jo koittaneeni. Siinäkin vastauksessa kului viisi päivää saapua.

Täyttä roskaa ainakin nämä kuulokkeet. Säästäkää rahanne ja ostakaa jostain muualta muun merkkiset kuulokkeet.

Tilauksessani oli ongelma, jonka beyondin työntekijä hoiti ammattimaisesti soittamalla suoraan minulle.

Sivunsa halvan oloiset ja valitettavasti laatu vastaa kuvaa, huono laatuista ja ylhintaista. Toimitus kesti kauan, liivien koko ei vastannut mitoitusta, elektroniikka ( langattomat kuulokkeet)!oli pakattu sekaisin muiden tuotteiden kanssa, ohuessa muovipussissa ilman pehmusteita. Toinen kauitin olikin rikki-kuului vain vaimeasti. En todellakaan suosittele ko. verkkokauppaa.
