Booked my Cancun trip getting a good price on their website only to receive a reservation email not an E-Ticket. A few minutes later after the booking I received a call from Jenny saying she was going to send me an email to agree to my booking. I electronically signed it and was placed on hold while she processed it. A couple minutes later she came back to say that price was no longer available and was going to cost more because it was a last minute flight. I asked how much more and she said $140 and that she was going to send me a confirmation email so I can sign for those charges which was the difference for the new flight price. Once I did that she said wait 15 to 20 minutes and I’d get my E-Tickets which I did so that was good. Now checking my bank statement it shows the $140 was actually for an “Agent Fee”. They get you because you have to sign agreeing to your original booking then hit you with a change. I was a little suspicious after all this back and forth so prior to my flight I checked United Airlines website and they still had flights available at the original price. Lesson learned for me is ALWAYS go through actual airline website for flights so you can get their price with no added fees and get an E-Ticket right away.

But anywho Jenny was great it was hard to understand since connection was horrible but she found a way to make it work by emailing me so that was great. Addedum to Previous Review on May 10, 2021
When I wrote my previous review, it was pretty much coerced. The person I worked with (Denver) didn't want to release our call until I wrote the review AND he needed to "verify" the review - he kept pressuring me to write the review WHILE I was still on the phone with him. To appease him and get off the phone (it was already a LONG phone call), I wrote the review, he checked it and ended our call.
Here is what happened and what is currently going on with them:
1) On May 10th, I booked a flight for 2 (for my daughters) to Honolulu for a trip near the end of June, through Beyond Fares ($1,600). I received an email confirmation of my booking that same day but it was NOT an e-ticket. A couple weeks went by when I realized I had not received my tickets. So, I called them on May 27th and spoke with Denver, who was difficult to understand, due to his strong accent and he spoke quickly. He stated I did not receive the tickets, because when I booked the flight, United Airlines had changed the pricing of the flights (double the price I booked it for on the 10th!)... how long (hours, days, etc.) did they wait before putting my booking through??? Why did I NOT receive an email or some type of communication from them indicating my booking didn't go through, was cancelled, etc. so I could try booking again??? (Not through them - another source of course, because not having communication from them about my so called "booking" was VERY unprofessional and cost me MORE $$$). So, here we are a couple weeks later (and the prices of flights going to Honolulu are going up & up. He said the new price for the same United Airlines flight would be $2,600. I told him I was not paying that and what can he do to fix this issue. He looked and found a flight for 2 (with 2 stop overs - NOT 1, as I previously "booked" for) and said it was through American Airlines for $1,800. So, "I" had to be "penalized" $500 MORE because THEY did NOT notify me right away about my booking not going through, which I did in early May. He booked the American Airlines flight and said I would receive the tickets/receipt the next day between 8-9AM (I don't know if that was their time wherever they are or my time, Eastern Time).
2) As of today (June 3rd), I never received the tickets/receipt, so I called them AGAIN and spoke to Denver (again), who didn't remember our very LONG phone conversation. He said to look up the reservation on aa.com with the locater number. I told him I wanted HIM to email me the e-tickets/receipt from BeyondFares.com. He said he would have it to me in an hour. Here we are, over 2 hours later and finally received an email from him. The top of the email says it's an E-Ticket.
I will NEVER purchase tickets through them ever again. Who needs the frustration and have to PAY MORE THAN WHAT I ORGINALLY BOOKED FOR???

Scam, stay away. The prices on their website are fake. They have the same advertisement pitch as a car dealership, they lured you to book with them with the fake advertised price just tell you that the price that you booked on their website is no longer available after you booked it, then they offer a much higher price when you called for confirmation. Also, their reservations email is fake, try to email them using that first if you don’t believe me. I think they did that on purpose so you can call them, that way they can try to trick you to buy the real price that they actually have for you.
