Poor customer service, they wouldn't even let me talk and they hung up my call. I was discriminated against for not speaking the same language as the supervisor.

I had a great experience with Erika she helped me find what I was looking for
I had to travel from Logan Airport ( Boston) to New York to meet with my friend and fly to Punta cana the next day and Erika helped me find my return fly from to Santo Domingo to New York and New York to Boston
Not only Erica helped me with the right flights but the prices were very good.
I will definitely reach out to Erika for my next trips

This is a SCAM … they let you book online for one price and then call you and tell you it’s no longer available . They are rude and aggressive !! Never EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM . Much better websites like Expedia , orbits ,etc . Worst experience ever . Wish I had researched before I did it . My fault . They are the WORST !!!!!

So basically, my mother lost her phone in a different country that had her ticket on it. She couldn’t access her email at all. After having having failed attempts at retrieving her email, I decided to call Beyond Fares customer support and was directed to Adora. Adora was so pleasant and understanding of my mother’s circumstance. She figured out a way for my mother to get her ticket back. Was getting really stressed before I called her. A literal godsend. 10/10 Customer support.

Worst company ever! Don’t do it, it doesn’t worth it! They give you bad and wrong informations to call you after and charge you double and triple the price! The same price appear on the website during more than 24 hours and each time I call them they said that they don’t have seats a this price anymore but it still appear online! I ask many time to talk to a manager and every time they said no! Just no! They are stealer and lier!

This is a classic bait-and-switch scam. I booked a flight for around $100. They asked me to call them the next day and said that flight was no longer available—but I could get a different one for $250. Ayfkm? I went on Orbitz and booked another flight for $100. Never again with this site…
