They are awesome company . Very helpful abs have amazing product . I just love my blanket .
I would just tell Canadian customers to self clear there product before it comes so they know ahead of time about the broker costs .

So soft & beautiful…shipping to Canada is so expensive.
Love the baby blankets, they are very soft & beautiful! I support their mission 💯! I have no regrets other than the shipping to Canada was a little over the top but in the end still would recommend.

Since your order was at a lower price point, we weren't able to offer you that discount. Please know that we try our best to provide the best service and satisfaction to our customers. No gift wrap plus additional charge
Hi, I was pretty disappointed for two reasons.
I chose the option to have my blanket gift wrapped with a personalized note, and then I used the ApplePay option. I just received my blanket and it was not gift wrapped and it did not have the note attached.
Secondly, I was charged an additional $80 that I was not made aware of. This was a payment collected by UPS, but I was completed blindsided by it. I order many things online and I have never had to pay a currier any extra money.
The added charge brought the total to almost $300. Disappointed I did not get what I was hoping for and paid more then I expected on top.

Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue. We understand how this can be a frustration and our desire is to best serve our customers with communication to the best of our abilities.
Let us address the two issues you mentioned:
1. Please carefully review your invoice as it doesn’t reflect any payment for gift wrapping or note. The gift wrapping appears on the confirmation email as a product purchase “Gift Letter” when performed correctly.
2. Before a customer checks out, our system displays the label “Beyond Borders Discounted Rate” and a disclaimer below the subtotal in the cart that encourages our international customers to review our policy for international shipping before proceeding to checkout so that they can be informed of any possible custom fees before completing a purchase. Additionally, we proceed to send a confirmation email that specifically states the following:
“IMPORTANT: By placing an international order, the buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, duties and taxes that are outside of our control”.

Great experience
Very easy to order on website. It was a preorder but still came quicker than I thought it would. The packaging was great quality as well. Came in a nice box and inside a shipping bag.
