People leaving stinky reviews when they lost big.My experience is positive I deposited 20 pounds and won 350 .Money reached my bank account in 30 minutes. Site looks ok lots of football horses and other sports .Cash out works well and I can only recommend .

DO NOT USE betzone stole £35 out of my account. The money left my bank account and never hit the gaming account it just disappeared. They said 2 days to return it but 5 days later nothing. They tell nothing but lies AVOID AVOID AVOID

Don’t know if they are bad at paying out as most reviews suggest as I never got near to cashing out. Spin after spin loss loss loss. Totally fixed games. Even at 50p or so a spin I did £350 in a few hours. Never ever again with any of these con merchant casinos. Hope they go bust.

After I deposited I read all the negative reviews,I thought that will teach me to read reviews 1st but I can honestly say I never had a problem with my withdrawal,I would give a 5 but I thought it was a bit longer than other sites that transfer withdrawals straight away,betzone is not as bad as the negative reviews perceive

How I regret not checking this first! I deposited £10 which showed immediately on my account along with a £10 bonus amount. However when I tried to spend my money on ANY games or bets on the Betzone site it kept showing my balance as £0.00 on the games screen and replied with message of 'inadequate funds' when I attempted any spins etc. After a few tries on different games I attempted to withdraw my original £10 back only to met with constant declined messages. Spoke to Wade in CS on their chat who advised he would get this looked into by the 'withdrawal team' and email me back. Needless to say I am not feeling very confident about this being resolved...

Awful company and the worst customer service ever. They closed my account and never informed me and they delayed paying my money out by over 24 hours. I would avoid at all costs just glad the nightmare is over. Trying to get hold of them is a nightmare and no phone contact whatever.

I Deposited £100 then they closed my account with no explanation ,and impossible to get hold of …shouldn't be allowed a licence .

I put 10 pounds into the account when I signed up, decided I didn't want to play on there after reading some reviews and withdrew the 10 pounds, it was declined not once but twice.. got on the chat and was told I need to verify my account...not something you usually need to do on the bigger sites, I have just sent my documents in the hope il be able to withdraw! Will update , I imagine there will be some other reason I can't withdraw next.

I wouldn't mind but it's not even winnings, it's the original money I deposited..

they won't release my money until I can provide a bank statement that actually shows the deposit into betzone showing, meaning I'm going to have to wait for my statement due in April. Please avoid this bet company!

I opened an account with Betzone and deposited £20 and place my wager. I attempted to login later in the day and my account was disabled awaiting me confirming my identity. I have done this and still my account lies disabled. I have attempted to contact customer service but I have had no reply. Why allow a deposit and then disable the account? Surely ask for identification first. Avoid this betting site at all costs. Very crooked. Please be aware. I have emailed the customer service and requested my money back but as yet no reply. If I could score a zero I would have, 1 is being kind.

As soon as you make a profit, they request some documents to verify you are physically located in the UK. Then they will ghost you for days holding your money.
I eventually had over £300 sent back to my account after threatening them with reporting to the Gambling Commission if they wouldn't return my money within 12 hours. It worked, they processed the outstanding withdrawals and restricted my account now.
Stay away from fraudsters.

Don't pay out! Won £170 and a week later still arguing I need to send this and that, at this point they've had everything but my dental records and still aren't happy! Jokers!

This site is worst site I ever see i make £60 pound deposit and win £400 but my withdrawal still pending I try to contact customer support to site is not working not sure how to contact them

Terrible won some money on Monday and it’s now Thursday and I’ve still not received my money. If I get my money I’ll change my rating but for now it’s a 1 star for me

Apparently Betzone have new owners. However, the rhetoric from the previous owners doesn't ring true.

Old accounts were supposed to be deleted, so new ones could be created. This is not true. And when challenged, the new management gave a variety of possible (dubious) reasons why, but without pinpointing an exact one.

So, I'm in the dark as to why I can't open an account. This company will point blank refuse to let me know the exact reason.

I'm also concerned they've transferred over information from my old account, which I believe isn't allowed.

Ridiculous service from them let’s you deposit money when it comes to withdrawing they don’t want to give you it I have gave them every from of identification and still no release my funds joke
