They terminated my account that was having R10000 of winnings after a month of waiting saying my account is under review.lm so disappointed in them,if they don’t want to pay me the winnings at least they should pay me back what I deposited

I am extremely dissatisfied with how Betway handled my case.
My bet (Betslip ID: 481972647) was cashed out without my permission while the matches were still active. At no point did I request a cash out, and when I checked the bet live, there was no cash out offer available on my screen.

After reporting this immediately, Betway claimed that my account was accessed by someone else. I strongly dispute this. I have never shared my login details, never logged in on another device, and I had full control of my account at the time. No proof of unauthorized access was provided to me — only assumptions.
Instead of properly investigating or compensating me, support repeatedly gave generic responses and shifted the blame to a supposed "hack" without evidence.
This raises serious concerns about account security and how customer funds are protected. A betting company should be able to clearly show login activity, IP addresses, or proof of unauthorized access before denying a valid claim.
At this point, I feel Betway has avoided responsibility and failed to treat the matter fairly. I am requesting a proper investigation and resolution of this case.
Until then, I cannot trust or recommend this platform.

Betway South Africa is a scam. My account got terminated for no reason, and with funds in it... that money, I deposited it into my betway account. It's not winnings, but money from my bank account to betwah account, i even have proof of it... My money is now gone, and they would talk about their terms and conditions and that they have a right to withhold money. People need to stay away. Those live agents are bloody useless, I am so devastated by how they treated me, and i have been their customer for years. Betway, pay me back my money, this is not so cool.

The developers of this site clearly don't bet so they will never understand what they have done

But it was very stupid for them to "update" the website yes adding the update to see daily winners is fire but should've not changed everything in the process you kept the theme but ruined everything we want the old site back you're suppose to make the site faster not slower

Betway’s customer support struggles when issues go off script. I found a significant PAPIA infringement within the app, affecting account integrity. When I tried to explain that a deposit made by my partner on my device reflected incorrectly, the agent assumed I wanted a refund and dismissed the security concern. Being told to just clear my cache after reporting a serious issue is very worrying.

My account is locked after winning. . Sent my ID and selfie holding my ID. After that there was Nolonger communication. No way forward. Atleast allow me to withdraw my winnings

I won and someone withdrew my money and Betway failed to investigate, nor inform me who withdrew my money, they simply blocked my account, I sent their support countless emails and they refused to tell me who withdrew and where did my money go to. Don't trust them with your money !

Deposit made and not showing. Was told to wait 48hrs I contact them after 48hrs and get told to wait another 48hrs.
