Betty Hula’s Secret Wonder Oil
I love the secret wonder oil! It absorbs beautifully, smells divine and is a good reason to get up in the morning! I have been using it for about 2 years now, and I never tire of how lovely it feels to massage on to the face; my skin feels soft and moisturised. I can feel the difference and I wouldn’t be without it. Having ordered another bottle from the website recently, I was extremely impressed with the customer support I received when my bottle went missing in the post. This is a super company with strong ideals and a fabulous product to match.

Lovely product
Lovely product. Just what I was looking for. Lost 1 star as very difficult to get out of bottle. Stopper just has 1 central hole. Had to take this out to get the powder out.

We're really sorry that Royal Mail haven't delivered your parcel within the normal 2-4 days timescale, and we can see that it is now working 5 days since we posted your order. I'm sorry about the confusion regarding 'saying it was delivered, but it wasn't.' We'd really appreciate knowing how you were given this information, as we don't have that facility to let you know on our 2nd Class postage option.
Once again, apologies for your late delivery with Royal Mail, and look forward to helping you to resolve this now that you've brought it to our attention. We have sent a more detailed email to you too.
UPDATE. Glad to see through our tracking you have, that your parcel was delivered. Apologies again as it was 2 days later than Royal Mails suggested timeline. We'd still really appreciate you getting in contact regarding how you were told your order was delivered? It would be very helpful from a customer service point of view for us - as we currently don't have that facility to give our customers a 'delivered' confirmation on 2nd class mail other than the RM tracking code.
