Well done, BetterTrip! I recently booked a tour with them and have been very satisfied with the service so far. Every step of the booking process has been clear and informative. I especially appreciate the personalised booking link, which allows me to access all my booking details whenever I need them without having to chase anyone for information.

Although I haven’t travelled yet, the reservation experience has already impressed me. Everything has been smooth, organised and reassuring. I can’t wait for my holiday—I’m so excited!

I recently had a wonderful experience travelling to China with Better Trip and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to explore China. The whole trip was enjoyable, well organized, and gave me the opportunity to experience some amazing places and culture.

The staff on the tour were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my trip. They were always happy to assist and made the experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Their knowledge and positive attitude really made the trip even more enjoyable.

Better trip is scam fraud company. Took large amount of money deposit 3 months ago for holiday. Never contacted me since. When I started emailing, calling company wanting confirm my booking they said do not know anything what happened and need weeks to “investigate”. When I asked speak to manager they cut my call of and 1 week later Sent email “ trio is not available for you”. Saying will will return your deposit”. Scam and fraud company be aware - they use your money for months and then say trip not available. Do not book with them

Nice hotels , close to city centre

Cancelled my trip after 6 months of waiting due to supposed inadequate numbers. But its peak time so thats unlikely. More likely they could not secure last minute accommodation services due to peak times and prices. Waiting for refund now for 3 weeks. About to do a credit card charge back. They are not accredited so book at your own risk and always use a credit card so you can do charge backs.

Fantastic time in China, which easily exceeded my expectations.
Our tour guide “Nick” was incredible. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, great at communicating to the tour group and always went out of his way to help everyone. Nick was the complete package: arranging transportation, help with accommodation, ordering takeaway food, assistance with wifi connections, and always providing information at the places we visited or on the bus. Very knowledgeable with Chinese culture and customs and willingness to share his time with everyone.
Can’t thank Nick enough for making our experience so positive.

We’ve just wrapped up an incredible trip through China with Better Trip, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly.

From start to finish, everything felt seamless. The itinerary struck a really thoughtful balance between iconic highlights and experiences we never would have found on our own. What stood out most was how well-paced the trip was — busy enough to feel like we made the most of every day, but never rushed or exhausting.

Our guides and drivers made a huge difference. They were professional, reliable, and genuinely attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and getting the most out of each stop. It felt personalised and considered.

Overall, this was one of the easiest and most enjoyable travel experiences we’ve had. If you’re considering travelling through China and want something well-organised without losing that sense of authenticity, Better Trip is a great choice.

Thank you, Better Trip, for organizing such a refreshing holiday in China. Jaison in Beijing was absolutely amazing, and another Jaison Sen from Shanghai was an incredible tour guide — he looked after everyone so well and kept us all entertained throughout the trip. Everything was perfectly arranged, and we’ve returned home with happy faces and lots of beautiful memories.

We went on a China tour with BetterTrip in Sept 2025. tour price advertised at $899 each, then went up to $1,290 when completed the booking. Upon arrival, each Must pay to tour guide $500 being Tip. Then everyday we have to pay $$$ for silly trips to places that has no value and the tour was of very poor preparation. Approx. 40 people on the tour started to protest on daily additional fees, our tour guide in Beijng (her name is May) started to get nasty, she lectured the whole bus for 30 good minutes that "the China government was kind enough to subsidize you tourist to enable it dirt-cheap holiday like this, and yet you are not appreciating .. Gosh, from that moment on, we lost interest to continue the trip. When we refused to go to scam places such as Jade factory, Tea factory, silk farm, Futon's Cultural house, we will have to suffer sitting in the hot bus without aircond for hours waiting for those who went. Don't let them trick you, Boycott those tours to China.

Very professional. Very helpful and pleasant.He went out of his way to make sure we were always safe and taken care of.

Initially was concerned it is legitimate site and hence gave a call.There was a deal shown and when I selected the date, it changed the price and hence wanted to double check before paying. On giving a call the price on the phone was approx $200 per person more than the the price shown online which was $500 more than the deal shown. While I understand the difference between the deal and date can be different, it didn't make sense why the price changes to book it once shown online. Hene couldn't trust it anymore

Just got back from a China tour with BetterTrip and honestly, it was such a great experience. The whole trip was well-organised — we got to see all the must-visit spots plus a few cool hidden ones I didn’t expect.

The guide was friendly and super helpful the whole time, and the group was small enough that it felt easy-going and fun, not rushed or crowded. Hotels were comfy, transport was smooth, and the schedule had a nice mix of sightseeing and chill time.

If you want to travel without the stress of planning everything yourself, I’d definitely recommend giving BetterTrip a go. I’m already looking at their other tours for my next holiday😁!
