Great support from the team on our move. We moved from Letchworth to Lincolnshire and the boys were great. A long hard day but made easier by the removals team

Excellent company. Reliable and the removal people carried out the work quickly cleanly and efficiently.

The staff were pleasant and got on with the work with enthusiasm. The staff accommodated few additional removal items without a fuss. The staff arrived on time and were fully prepared.

Never moved before so choose packing option.
The style of packing was rather erratic. Some excellent some just swiped off shelves and draws tipped into boxes so clothes were in with stationary. Still picking staples out of socks as a result. So no time saved. Kitchen and China all done nicely though. Boxes clearly marked bedroom/clothes were chucked into greenhouse underneath gardening bits

I can highly recommend Better Removals. They were very professional from start to finish and removed a lot of the stress normally associated with moving our belongings. Moving to a new build property, l was concerned about the fact that l would only get 10 days notice of completion, and as this was likely to be very close to Easter, there could be problems arranging a convenient removal date. However. I needn't have worried. From start to finish the whole process went really smoothly and everyone l had contact with was very professional and reassuring.

On the day of the move Rick and Jack were brilliant. By the time l arrived at my new home, they had already been let in by my daughter, and had nearly finished unloading. Even my clothes had been transferred into wardrobes. (The wardrobe boxes really make the process easier)

This was customer service at it's best, and l would not hesitate to recommend Better Removals to anyone.

Very good personal service, from the quote to communications with the office to the actual moving. The men who did the shifting were composed, efficient, friendly and courteous and just got on with the job. Ben, the driver, was excellent, getting the huge truck in and out of tight spots without mishaps.

Excellent service, they were very accommodating as we had some issue with dates. They packed as well as the moved. Packing went really smoothly and really glad we let them pack. All items packed very securely and quickly. The move went really well the team were professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The initial survey was very helpful with time to ask about the whole process and potential issues and what was included etc. The packing day went very well too and the two guys involved were excellent in both manner and capability and advice when appropriate or asked. The actual move day also went well and all involved worked hard and arrived at destination in time to offload essentials for the night as it was a two hour plus distance away. It is a stressful time for sure but definitely made easier by the experience and attitude and patience of those involved. No hesitation in recommending.

We needed to find a removal company to move us at short notice, and Better Removals really delivered (pardon the pun). Slava and the crew were extremely polite, friendly and worked incredibly hard. They took a lot of care to protect all of the surfaces in both houses, and avoid any damage, and even helped repair a fitting that was accidentally knocked. Everything was moved safely, and all furniture put back together. We couldn't have asked for any more. Geraldine in the office was great in handling our enquiry and arranging the move. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Moving out a property is always stressful but the efficiency and friendliness of the staff made it as good as it could have been. They asked questions when they needed to, got on with the job with speed and good humour and left me to enjoy a final day in my garden.

This was great service from start to finish. It's what all service businesses should be aiming for. From the initial quote to the signing of the finish paperwork on moving day the support and friendliness of the admin, logistics, and the removal professionals - everything worked as you would expect.

Of course there were bumps along the way mostly caused by us changing dates etc.

We had full packing service which was very professionally done - no breakages! The only minor criticism was that there were not enough packers which made things a little rushed on moving the next day. That was no reflection on the guys who did the packing more about management organising.

But they got the job done, arrive on time moving day, cleared the house, drove 25 miles away and unloaded and gone by 6 p.m.

The team on the day were professional and so hard working on one of the hottest days of the year. Not a single grumble from anyone and the kept smiling and professional throughout.
