My experience with BTB was amazing from the moment I landed on their website! The entire process was fun and intuitive, from entering notes for their AI engine to generate stories to reviewing the cover, checking the table of contents, and completing the checkout. Everything was seamless and effortless.

But what truly blew me away was their world-class customer service.

After placing my order, I realized that the estimated delivery date was one day after my wife's birthday. On a whim, I emailed their support team, not really expecting much. To my surprise, I received a prompt and incredibly thoughtful response from Mike. He politely apologized for the delivery timing (which, to be fair, was entirely my fault for ordering late!) and immediately offered to contact the printer to expedite production and arrange overnight shipping. He kept me updated throughout the process and even suggested alternatives, such as sending me a picture of the cover page in case the book couldn't arrive on time.

I was genuinely impressed by both the quality of the product and the level of care and commitment shown by their team. And here's the icing on the cake: Mike managed to get the book delivered two days before my wife's birthday!

The book looks fantastic, and I can't wait to give it to her. BTB has truly exceeded my expectations, and Mike deserves a special shout-out for going above and beyond. It's rare to experience this level of customer care, and I couldn't recommend BTB more highly!

I share a love of quilting with my dear friend ..Jill Diane..so I had a book made.."Jill Diane and the Great Fabric Hiest"...I read it cover to cover..it sounds just like us..it also included our husbands..who don't see the need for tons of fabric😅🤣I can't wait till she reads it..its a Christmas gift...I also got one for myself..the cover of the book looks exactly like her...what fun she is going to have...
I already have a list of other books about our friends and the places we have visited together..GREAT GIFT!!

An excellent gift idea for my husband; however, I was disappointed. The book is repetitive and incoherent, filled with figurative language that has no connection to the story or its context. The characters seem to be thrown into the story without any real connection to the protagonist. If I had had access to a digital copy to preview beforehand, I would never have purchased this book for my husband.

The team is outstanding, they get back to you promptly. The quality of the book itself is excellent, the way they take your questions and answers and make a story about you is amazing. I loved the story when finished is on point. Serious and humorous at the same time.

Cute book but to repetitive in their context not very individual I don’t think I would have ordered it as the context is not what I expected you can tell it’s written by AI but it’s very repetitive

I was really excited to get my book. The cover and the read was just right and impressive. Short of five star only because I wished they would have used my family names in the story line. Instead of fictional characters, not a complaint! Just my personal preference.

I ordered a fiction book to my mom and she was blown away from the idea and creative writing! It’s such a special gift, love that.

The book creation process was very simple and straight forward, shipping time were as promised and the book itself exceeded mine and my wife's expectations! she loved this birthday gift and she is showing it to everyone since she got it two weeks ago

Long story short, the book arrived and saw a misprint of my son's name and contacted Be The Book and Mike quickly responded that in my answers to the question I misspelled it but would print another copy and send to me right away w no cost! Such a nice person and great customer service. Can't wait to get the finished product after my mistake so i can give it to my wife. She will be so excited! Thank you Mike
