As much as I love the straight forward coaching the ebook is ridiculously over priced 25 quid and tbh it’s not amazing , I’ve followed her for a long time and was excited about the “book” but don’t be fooled it’s not worth the money and the advert is misleading thinking your buying a physical book , disgraceful

This has been the best decision I've made in a long time. Bethany has changed the relationship i have with food and the way i view exercise. I've always been one for binging and stuck on a loop with diet culture, giving up after the first couple months. The mindset shift has been the most important improvement for me, but she's made me stronger and set me up to be consistent in the gym and accountable for everything I do. Exercise doesn't feel like a chore and mentally I am so much better for all the support she has given me. The exercise form feedback and weekly check in's are so helpful and you get to see the improvements week by week. She is so supportive from Day 1. I'm so happy to recommend her to anyone!

I’ve been with Bethany for just over 2 months so far, and I can not believe how much she has helped me with my mindset towards food. I was stuck in such a binge/restrict diet and I’m eating more food than ever and it’s giving me strength to get the most out the amazing workouts Bethany has written up for me. Choosing to have Bethany as my fitness coach was truly a lift changing moment. My relationship with my body has completely changed and I can now enjoy caring for it through exercise and my diet without cutting out a single food group!!! There are no fad diets or fat burning exercises when it comes to Bethany. Finding Bethany via Instagram was the greatest thing I’ve done for myself on my fitness and change of mindset journey. I thought I was doing everything right before but I wasn’t being honest with myself. With the plans Bethany gives me for the gym and calories and macros to follow, whilst checking in with her constantly, has made me be so much more accountable for myself and really helped me. It’s only been just over a month and there’s been so much change and it’s all down to her guidance. I can’t wait to see what else I can learn and do with Bethany over the coming months!

I’ve been coached by Bethany for almost six months now. Initially with a fat loss phase following gaining a few pounds over the winter then into a reverse diet to bring my metabolism up and build some muscle.
I’ve loved the journey so far. Bethany is supportive, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and the service she provides. Bethany provides the information, template and guidance for you to reach your goals. Bethany will adjust your program to suit your needs. She is an absolutely awesome coach and I genuinely can’t thank her enough for the support and encouragement she has given me. I love her body positivity and her confidence radiates through. I would recommend everyone work with a coach at some point and in my experience I would highly recommend that people with Bethany.

I decided to join Bethany’s coaching group just over a year ago and it’s a decision I was initially a bit cautious about as it was a platform I had found via Instagram. However; the decision to join was the best I have ever made as it has changed not only my mindset on food but also had a massive affect on my training in the gym. Bethany supported me from the first minute and helped me change the way I think about my gym routine and nutrition. She supports you from start to finish and I would thoroughly recommend her coaching programme.

I’ve been a client if Bethany’s for just over 6 months now. She has been there for me every single day. She explains every exercise, helps with every meal I have and is there for me as a friend as well as a coach. She is extremely friendly and when I’ve had my lows, she’s been there. I’ve been allowed to eat what I want so long as I log it, no fad diet plans just real food and proper meals. Absolutely brilliant, can’t recommend her enough!!

When I started with Bethany I was overweight, no energy I was trying to fit a million tasks into my day and convinced myself I didn’t have time to train and I didn’t thave time to eat some days either. Bethany spent so much time talking me through my goals, exercise plan, showing me how I can eat a lot more than I was, and still loose weight. As I didn’t have a lot of time she created a plan that fit with my lifestyle I now train 3-4 times per week and I haven’t looked back. I feel amazing because I’m eating more so I have more energy but I’m eating the right foods and sticking to my calories which was a lot easier than I thought, once I was shown how to do it. I haven’t ever had a trainer like Bethany, she really cares about each individuals needs and spends so much time creating the correct plan to fit my needs. I do a check in every week with her which gives me that extra push to make sure I’m sticking to my plan. She also invites all her clients to a group WhatsApp and we all share our achievements with each other also recipes and hints and tips it’s like a little family and I love it. I cannot recommend her enough she has transformed not only my life, but my confidence and my knowledge so I’m happy and comfortable to train on my own in a gym. Her App is amazing with demonstrations of how to do each exercise so I’m never stuck. I love how this has made me feel .

Beth gave me a plan 2 months ago and honestly it’s changed my life!! She guided me through the process and has given me such a big confidence boost with not just the gym but life in general with none stop guidance and help whenever I needed it, I couldn’t recommend her more!!

Bethany was great. She helped me completely change the way I understand fitness and my body, and the ways in which the two can work together. She helped bring about lasting change and helped me to understand what I need to do to improve fitness and lifestyle for life.
