A few months ago, after wagering around $200,000, I was granted VIP status, which was later revoked without any explanation or notification. Since then, despite dramatically increasing my play, there has been zero recognition. No rewards, no loyalty perks, absolutely nothing.

Ok people, long story short: I won a nice little bonus, and didn't get halfway through it when it just disappeared. This experience is the WORST casino experience I have ever had bar none - it went from bad to worse to even worse - somehow, this whole thing was never resolved as of YET, and they have banned me from the casino for what I do not know, but frankly, you cannot get more shady than this casino.
