Ethan Carter came through in a big way! I recently purchased an out of State stacker trailer sight unseen. I hired Ethan to pick up and deliver over 2200 miles across Country. Due to my short window of delivery needs I also was talking with another freight company. Ethan was professional, responsive and delivered when the other company gave me excuses on why they couldn’t help. I will always use them with all my freight needs. I have already sent friends his contact info. Thank you Ethan for all your help!

The 2013 S 350 Turbodiesel delivery…
Richard Gomez texted me to brief me on the delivery. He said he would keep me informed as soon as the pickup by the driver was made. He provided such, with names & phone numbers of the driver, & the dispatcher, should I need them. He informed me that the driver would call two hours before delivery. He did just that last night. He arrived, called me to the 9-vehicle carrier, to say here’s your car. We both videotaped the entire car. What I have, he has. Wasn’t happy with the late $250 driver charge, that was not explained. I assumed it was included in the check I presented. It was like what funeral home folk drop on U as unknowns. I work at the local Auction, thus, I expected an unforeseeable! When I see the car this morning in the daylight I will have a better feel for the investment…
Overall, I was very pleased with the entire process from pickup to delivery!
