As soon as I’d sent an enquiry I had instant help, and a really helpful person who helped me throughout with fast replies and super polite. Overall 10/10 experience for a big part of the getting to uni process which can be super stressful.

The person that was supposed to assist me in finding an accommodation made a big mistake and neglected to tell me that I had been reallocated and was put in a completely different flat and room that I specifically asked to be in. They sent me the wrong contract and because of this I had to go to the accommodation directly to ask it to be changed. When I then asked why I wasn't provided clarity as to what happened they said that they couldn't change it (which they could because I proceeded to do that through the accommodation) and they were just not making any sense in general. It was very frustrating as I asked for information on the room and they told me they'd get back to me but never did. Not only this, I was repeatedly ignored when I asked for specific details.

Prompt replies and everything is up to the point. The manager quickly (even before I submitted the application) pointed out that the option I am applying to is unavalable and offered availbale options to choose.

The service is excellent and makes me feel at home and I can't wait to stay
