Utkarsh was very helpful and patient in explaining the contract. Responses were very quick. However, there was a lot of time pressure to sign which was slightly off putting.

Neeraj was the best agent, she did her very best to help me find what is best for me and accommodate me, my parents were very strict with the accommodation i can get and she went over and beyond to help me with it and was also extremely patient and supportive, my favorite thing is that she doesn’t pressure you on the spot which is very nice and kind and that’s what every student wants because we might have some issues going on and wont be able to finish our booking on the spot, but Neeraj was the complete opposite she helped me and did her very very best and I am so happy to find an agent like her! She showed me so many options and was so patient with me even though i was picky, trust me if you are getting an accommodation and hesitant CHOOSE NEERAJ FROM BEST STUDENT HALLS, she is amazing!
