I have used it 2 times for large amount…
I have used it 2 times for large amount of exchange. In general I would rate it a top-service, but I was asked to come back following day due to requirement of approval by their head office and they stated the approval can be commenced only between 8-17 pm . We agreed me to provided required documentation for the approval by email in morning to enable them to run through approval process during the day for my return after 5pm in evening. On my return, to my surprise the counter stated that my transaction still need to be approved by head office and I was asked to wait for. In 15minute time approval was gained and my transaction completed. Don't understand why the approval could not be submitted on day one making me to travel twice for single transaction, hence 4 star rating.

I ordered the euros thinking they were…
I ordered the euros thinking they were going to be ready instantly and then when I realised they wasn't I phoned the contact number and they checked locally if the one I wanted was available and ready to pick up. It was thankfully they even emailed the branch to let them know what had happened and that I was on my way. The staff member in branch was really friendly and helpful.
