Very very poor service i recommended don't buy from them

The item is not as described, inferior product, not as the video showed. Would recommend to stay away from this product.

This website is legit. I added a face proofing service to my order, and after a week, I received an email with an update on the mold progress. If you like it or have suggestions for improvements to make it closer to the picture you attached with your order, just let them know. The item arrived on time, two weeks before my boyfriend's birthday. I recommend ordering in advance to avoid any delays if you intend to use it as a gift and your loved ones will definitely love it. 

I have yet to receive the product I ordered, and I doubt I ever will. I didn't realize this is a company in Hong Kong that goes by several names. At this point I should have the product in hand, but I have yet to even receive a picture that I have approved. They keep telling me they are working on the body. Funny thing is the body is generic and the picture I sent didn't show his whole body. Every email I send has the same form letter response and due to the time, it takes at least 24 hours to get any response. Purchasing this from this company was a huge mistake, why didn't I just go to Amazon!!! Don't make the same mistake that I did! Now I don't have a birthday gift.

These people are terrible. The head they emailed me to prove looked nothing like my daughter. I didn’t approve it- they said they would make another for my approval. The next one was better and the email said only to reply if I wanted changes or else it would be made. So I didn’t respond because it was good enough and too close to the date I needed it by. After a week and no communication, I emailed back and they said they were waiting for me to approve the changes. Which isn’t what the email said. I tried to cancel my order 4 times through email. They avoided the question all together each time and then just sent out the bobblehead and said it was too late because they already made it. Crooks from china.

Heb bij deze firma nu reeds voor de vierde maal een order besteld.Vanaf de eerste moment voelde ik dat het goed was om met deze mensen samen te werken. Ze betrekken je bij het maken van het beeldje en veranderen en luisteren naar uw sugesties. Het eindprodukt was fantastisch en zeer gelijkend op de foto. Bedankt voor de fijne samenwerking.

This was a hit for my daughter’s new business!!! They were so realistic. Obviously very talented!!!! The company produced them quickly and made changes if I needed without any issue. Definitely a trust worthy company. 5 stars and highly recommended.

My daughter wanted to get my wife (her mom) a Bobblehead for a Valentines Day gift. During the whole process the company was very responsive and attentive. Even when we asked to have the hair color changed, they were very easy to work with and gladly made the change to our satisfaction. Will gladly refer to others that want a very unique gift!!

Ik had bij hen een beeldje besteld voor een vriendin. Vanaf de start voelde ik dat het goed was en idd ik werd door hen verwittigd bij elke fase en kon mijn gedacht geven hoe of wat er veranderd moest worden. Het eindresultaat is gewoonweg schitterend en daarom beveel ik deze comp. aan iedereen aan !!!

They paid attention to every detail I asked for in my bobblehead and knocked it out of the park. It was perfect!!

Although the facial likeness could be improved, overall product was satisfactory. Good to see that the company can customise personalised poses and not just restrict the items to the templates. Thanks for a creative and thoughtful gift idea.

Just received the product yesterday, it came very fast! Very happy with the overall experience. Not only does the bobblehead look spot on, the customer service was wonderful. They were very responsive and communicated with me the whole time. Very pleased and will definitely order from this company again. Overall fantastic experience!
