Professional products and personal service.
If you are looking for a seamless upgrade to AutoDesk programs, these people have developed a nice system where they display the products, help you choose the best package for you and then conduct the installation.
Super easy and so professionally done. It was like working with my private IT department. As an independent contractor I appreciate the great work. Thanks again!

I needed to download Adobe Illustrator…
I needed to download Adobe Illustrator again because my system crashed and I needed to erase my hard drive. After explaining the problem, I was sent an email with instructions on how to allow the technician to share my screen. He worked through a couple of problems and successfully uploaded the program, verified it, and opened it. He was extremely polite and helpful. I wish all customer service agents in the world were this friendly and savvy!

From start to finish, the experience was great. I asked many, many questions, which were all answered in a good timeline, with proper answers.
I bought a program and received a phone call to verify and make sure the program I bought would work on my machine.
Had full help through online session to set the program up.
Wouldn't hesitate to use this company at any future time.

50% discount for Adobe Suite
Very pleased to get a 50% discount on the new 2020 adobe suit for my PC laptop after my previous orders for Adobe CS5 versions of illustrator and photoshop for my older Mac desk top. The 18 gig download took many hours but was worth the wait. The tech support assistant installed the software remotely so the process was trouble free.

Amazing customer service
It is really difficult to find excellence in customer service.
Allan, I believe that is his name, took care of me since the moment I called them. I was really hesitant about this internet company and their professionalism but again the sales and installation process was immaculate and the final result could not be better. I have the CAD software I bought with them running in my computers. Kudos to all of you and keep it up. I am ready to go back to you whenever I need new software. I am a happy camper no question about it.
