BESPOKE FRONT DOOR Bewertungen

We moved house in Jan 22. The front door was quite handsome with a splendid Georgian surround but it had been in place since the mid 20's and no longer fitted very well and the frame was rotted in places.
The back door was poor quality and insecure. Our previous next door neighbours had used Bespoke for their new front door and I was impressed with the quality so, with a deep breath, I commissioned Doug to make two new ones. Both had to precisely mirror the ones that they replaced.
We are delighted with the result. The relationship with the company was excellent throughout. We had the odd delay but communication was open during the whole process. We liked and were impressed with the whole team who worked on our doors - Robertas, Jonathan, Abdi and Desmond. They all take a proper pride in their work. First class.

We have finally replaced our grotty 1950s glazed front door with a beautiful 21st century version of what our 1930s house originally had, including new stained glass copied from an original and adapted for a different shaped window.

Bespoke Front Door were brilliant throughout the process from start to finish. John talked us through the anatomy of a front door and guided us with the many small and large decisions.

Having explored a few custom door companies I was attracted to Bespoke Front Door by their positive reviews and I was even invited to visit the workshop in Teddington to reassure myself before placing such a costly order (this is an investment which we had saved for). We chose to replace the frame and fanlight as well as the door and we couldn't be happier.

The new front door makes us smile every single time we see it, from the inside or the outside.

We are beyond happy with our beautiful blue door. Such good quality. The whole team were fab, but Doug in particular was incredibly helpful. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new door! Very impressed.

Bespoke Front Door were excellent throughout the whole process. They were accommodating when our works were delayed. Since we’ve had our door installed everyone has commented on how fantastic is looks. We couldn’t be happier and will be recommending them to friends and neighbours.

We have recently had a new front door installed in our house in Clapham, and would highly recommend Doug, John and their team. We were really impressed start to finish, from their help in the design process to the very efficient final build stage, and they were great to work with throughout. They were also very competitively priced relative to other quotes were received. We would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Bespoke Front Door (Richmond Doors) highly enough. Both my wife and I are delighted with our new door and the advise and work of everyone involved. From the start (drawing up the specification), to the meticulous installation, to the finish (painting and finishing touches), each person involved with us was very friendly to deal with and highly professional in their work. It was a pleasure and a delight to see their focus and their attention to detail which I now see and appreciate daily. Thank you Doug and your team.

Well where do I start?...having researched front doors for a few months, it became obvious to me that what I wanted was not going to be possible in my local area. I therefore called Bespoke Front Doors on a Friday afternoon late February. I did not expect a call back that evening but certainly received one from John. I then spoke to him the following morning and, a few days later he arrived to assess the situation. John advised on framework, top light & door - a very knowledgeable man. I placed my order and was given a leadtime of 8 weeks.
My front door was installed last week and looks great. Special thanks to James, Russell and Abdi for installing and transforming the front of my house with a yellow door. To quote John, the door will stand out for all the right reasons - how right he is. Huge thanks to Doug & John for agreeing to come so far out in order to supply me with a wonderful looking door that no longer lets in the draughts.
A great team of highly skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work and do not cut corners.
My expectations were met and its not often I say that.
Would use again and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Fantastic experience working with Doug and the team. Great pre-sales approach, explained all of our options and made recommendations. The installers were great, took real pride in what they were doing and nothing too much trouble, from the joiners to the painter. Tidied up a couple of snags with no issues. Expensive but you get what you pay for!!

The team at Bespoke Front Door have done a brilliant job. From restoring the broken glasswork to spending extra time on site to battle with our warped door frame they have been helpful, communicated regularly and clearly with us and the team were all very polite, friendly and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Very happy with our front door. Very good quality, robust and looks great!

The service was also first class, Doug and his team were always on hand to answer questions and the installation over two days went smoothly.

This is a team of people who take a lot of pride in their work. Would definitely recommend to others.

My new front door was fitted by a team of highly skilled professionals and I’m delighted with the final result. I also had my doorstep retiled and it was excellently done. The attention to the details is simply superlative.

Communication with the office was great, overall very pleasant people to deal with.

Aftercare was also good, I had a minor snag which was promptly rectified to my satisfaction.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future and recommend them to my neighbours.

A completely bespoke solution delivered by a great team of true craftsmen with an eye for detail. Every stage of the process was well managed and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We’re very happy with our new wooden front door and window which were installed last week. The design process went smoothly and we were able to change some specifications before the door was delivered. The craftsmen who installed it were all professional and friendly, and took a lot of care to ensure it was fitted and finished to a high standard. It is a big improvement to the appearance and security of our house. We would recommend Bespoke as a supplier.

Very pleased with our new front door. Definitely worth going with a specialist door company.

Fantastic door, we really love it and hope to enjoy it for years to come! Service was very good and we highly recommend this company. Doug was so helpful in helping with colour selection and the whole process. The fitting team led by Robert were extremely professional and paid excellent attention to detail to making sure it was perfect. Thanks to all of the team !!

From start to finish our experience with Bespoke Front Door has been fantastic. From our initial consultation to installation the customer service has been excellent.

We had to have our frame overhauled as well as a new door fitted - the tradesmen were polite, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and got the job done to a very high standard.

We are very happy with our front door, the door itself is beautiful and of amazing quality.

Thank you John, Doug, and the team at Bespoke Front Door.

Bespoke Front Door supplied a replica shop door to replace our badly damaged Victorian door. They were professional throughout the process and we are really happy with the quality and finish of the end product.

The end result is fantastic.
We had a number of quotes but chose John because of his passion and quiet authority.
Loved the way he then gave us firm guidance while giving us artistic freedom.
His design of our Frank Lloyd Wright request was beautiful.
Installation was courteous and thorough.

Bespoke Front Door deserves a 5 star rating because of the standard of the craftsmanship, the quality of the product and the courtesy, professionalism, patience and friendliness of the team. Even in near sub zero temperatures....Highly recommended!

A fabulous experience. Doug and John are very intuitive and patient. They spend time with you to really understand what you want. The workmen that fit the door and the frame were brilliant. The overall experience was excellent. The solidity, quality and craftsmanship are at a very high level. We are very happy. Highly recommended.
