Excellent first experience with Berkshire Heating Solutions. Jon did a brilliant job to service my boiler. Very friendly, professional and courteous and even gave me some helpful tips on general workings of the boiler (which i had no clue about). Jon checked everything and did a thorough job with the servicing. The overall job and price was great so I highly recommend Berkshire Heating solutions.

The national company who I have (had) a contract with let me down for the annual boiler service. Following recommendations I contacted Jon who from the onset communicated well, attended and carried out a thorough service, stripped, cleaned, checked rads & completed a service log book, this was never done by the other company - just connected boiler to a laptop for safety checks never cleaned. Jon is professional, friendly & service was reasonably priced. Excellent service

After our boiler broke, Jon managed to fit us in to his busy schedule, diagnosing the problem quickly. He collected the part and even came on his day off to come and repair the problem. First rate service and highly recommended.

I have used Jon from Berkshire Heating Solutions on 3 rental properties this year. On the first one he identified a sludge build up that was making the boiler constantly cut out. He was quickly able to source parts and repair pipe work in a tight situation under a kitchen plinth. I then had him to service the boilers and issue Gas Safe Certificates at 2 other properties a couple of months later. One of the boilers had a cracked part within. Again he sourced a replacement quickly and returned, at an agreed time the next day, to fit it for my new tenant. My tenants are all very happy with him and so am I. I would without any reservation, highly recommend him (the only worry in giving a glowing recommendation being that he will get so busy that he might not be able to fit my work in). A nice, polite man who knows his job and charges a fair price. Thank you.

Jon was very professional, efficient, hard working and conscientious. Value for money was second to none. We had recently moved into our new home and we had a hot water boiler, Jon very promptly suggested a combi boiler with a 14 year guarantee for us at a very reasonable price. The job entailed removing old gas boiler and supplying,installing and commissioning new Worcester Bosch system boiler with all associated pipework and electrics. Jon's work ethic and skills were excellent and I would highly recommend him.

Annual boiler service was carried out. Very thorough and Jon was very knowledgeable, polite, on time and it was an all round good experience. Don’t need to look any further for a company to look after my central heating. Excellent job.
