Very disappointing experience with Benkos.de.

I ordered products worth €487.75 and received the wrong items. The company acknowledged the mistake and instructed me to return the package.

I followed all return instructions exactly as provided. I returned the parcel through Hermes/PostNL to the return address connected to their shipment process. The tracking information clearly confirms that the package was delivered successfully.

Since then, the company has repeatedly changed its statements:

* first claiming that the refund had already been issued,
* then stating they would refund after receiving the goods,
* later claiming they never received the package at all.

I provided:

* tracking proof,
* proof of delivery,
* screenshots,
* confirmation from PostNL.

Despite all this, I still have not received my refund.

Catastrophic service. Total scam.

This company is run by thieves who have clearly engineered ways to steal customers’ money, and judging by the reviews, I am far from being the only victim.

I ordered 2 bathroom soap holders and 2 toilet cleaning brushes worth nearly €500 from Benkos.de and they sent me the wrong product entirely. They acknowledged the mistake and promised a refund once I returned the item.

I shipped the product back immediately.

More than two months later, I still have not received a single euro back.

Instead, they deliberately delay responses for weeks at a time so tracking references expire and evidence becomes harder to recover. After roughly 10 weeks of silence and stalling, they are now pretending they “don’t know” what product I bought and claiming the item was never returned.

This is not incompetence anymore. It looks like a deliberate system designed to avoid refunds and keep customers’ money.

Avoid this company at all costs. Read the Google reviews before giving them a cent.
