originally this game app was great! but when they changed their payout process last year it all went downhill and now they seemingly aren't paying anyone.
we originally had to wait from September til December to withdraw anything. once December came - they put a restriction on how much you could withdraw in a day and only allowed one request per day. once you finally get that to go through - it shows "being processed" which is where my $90 to PayPal has been sitting since December 13, 2025.
when you email them all you get are auto responses basically saying "it will go through when it goes through". you will clearly see this in the same auto responses theyre giving here.
STEER CLEAR!

The Benjamin app used to be fun. They did an update in Dec. and it's been all downhill from there. Fewer available games to play while waiting for more/ newer games to be added. I check in every so often. I left money in my account so I could play when a new game came out. Now my money is gone. I wrote support, and they say I forfeited my money because I didn't have a qualifying activity in 90 days. Buried very deep in their terms of service it says, " If your Account shows no Qualifying Activities for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days, we will send you a notification reminding you that your Account will be deactivated in thirty (30) days unless you take action." Who would know this? Unless they sent a notification reminding you that your Account will be deactivated in thirty (30) days unless you take action, like they claim in their terms of service. But they don’t, or at least they didn’t send one to me. This is a scummy way to take people’s money and try and make it look legal. You claim your terms of service allow you to do this, but your terms of service also require a notice to be sent 30 days before you take the money. Since that didn’t happen, please reinstate my account money.

I started in 2024 and Benjamin was good enough I referred it to others. Although slow in earning, withdrawal was instant.
As many noted, there was a change in 2025 that paused withdraws. After the pause in December, it was a hit or miss on withdrawing for users. I was fortunate and got one of the early withdrawals of $50 as that was the limit.
Since then, Benjamin introduced a cash queue so the money you earn isn't able to be withdrawn immediately (approximately 2 month queue). I think this is fine IF it resolves their queue/high volume issue. However that doesn't seem to be the case as even after that cash queue and you're finally able to "withdraw," the withdraws now go into another queue. All responses from Benjamin just mention the high volume and no ability to escalate or even give a realistic time of the queue. As of today 3/8/2026, I have had $50 withdrawal in queue since 1/27/2025. Additional withdrawals have been requested since as the cash queue money comes in. I will note some of the cash queue money won't even come in until April 2026.
I assume adding a cash queue allows for interest to be earned on the money, adding a withdrawal fee further helps supplement the earnings. If the company needs funds to properly pay their employees or allow for withdrawal, do the proper analysis and give customers a realistic time frame or withdrawal fee (even if it's a % for larger withdrawals). Having no proper communication will start a spiral downwards driving customers away and it'll eventually end in an unrecoverable state.
Please note that stating recognition of frustration, high withdrawals, needing limits, and escalating concerns internally is not proper or adequate communication. At the very least state we have an estimated xxx number of withdrawals currently with x number of increase daily. Then state the xx number of withdrawals you have been able to complete daily and show these total numbers on your webpage - this will at least give customers a sense of progress. If you want to further improve, you can add in more data which I'm sure you have - I'm sure it can be automated and if you don't have the manpower to code it, AI can help you do this work.

Submitted request for payments in December. Still waiting. Was told to send an email, got the same response as before about their supposed “backup”. Wrote a review here and got a response to send an email and once again received the same reply about backups. Seriously? You’re 4 months behind on processing payments. I so wish I would not have let money sit there. I cashed out just fine before the “revamp”

I've been trying to withdraw rewards for about a year now and have yet to receive a penny. I am about to uninstall the app because it is a waste of time.

I have over $700 pending withdrawal since December when they finally let us withdraw again and had the $50 limit so withdrew daily and still haven’t received payment and it’s still pending… which is ridiculous and beyond frustrating bc I spent money to reach milestones to earn more money so now I’m definitely in the negative… and ain’t nobody got extra money these days… times are hard enough without getting screwed… 😡

My daughter and I have both been waiting for our payouts since October 2025 and when we have tried to reach out to benjamin below is the typical response that they give people. Which is BS and is in my opinion a cop out they need to provide people with real solutions not this double talk bs.
"It's concerning to hear about your experience with the Cash Queue and the significant delays in accessing your funds. We truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts and highlighting the impact this has on your financial situation. Due to the high volume of withdrawals being attempted, we had to put limits in place to help keep our systems running smoothly. We understand that this can be frustrating, especially when you need your earnings promptly.
We’re grateful for your feedback regarding your interaction with customer support, and we have escalated this internally to ensure your concerns are addressed. Your insights are invaluable, and we hope for a better resolution for your situation moving forward. Thank you for bringing this to our attention."
If I could give negative stars it would be a negative -100

When they "updated" the experience, they also set limits on withdrawals and a "waiting" process. I have been waiting almost 3 months for my payment now. This is bs. Benjamin owes me almost $80 in total payout. Beginning to think that I will never get it!!

Antwort von benjaminone.com
There’re not paying! These people owe me $800. Last week they promised anyone who finished a milestone would be rewarded immediately. I worked nonstop to reach my level and instead of rewarding me they put it on a seven day wait. They haven’t bothered to release it yet that’s $230 right there and then they still have $570 trapped in their cash queue which has made zero progress towards getting released. I’m tired of their nonsense, automated excuses. They’re con artists. I’m doing the bare minimum now just to keep my account open. I’m not giving them any more of my time until they start paying me. They’re simply exploiting people. Im using two different apps now that pay me immediately. Don’t waste your time on these people and expect to be paid right away. It text months, if they ever pay at all.

Before the hold on funds to “improve” their systems in October 2025, everything worked perfectly in regards to paying out my earnings. We were told to wait on withdrawals until Dec 3rd. I attempted multiple times to withdraw the $150 I earned and it has been sitting in a queue since then. I’ve sent screen shots to customer service multiple times and keep getting the exact same scripted response with no resolution. They are scammers and shouldn’t be trusted with your time! Much better gaming apps out there that actually do payout and quickly!

I used to really love this app. It was a great way to earn a little extra money. Cashing out easily was a great experience. However - in my own attempt to save up a little for the holidays - I saved up almost $500 that I was planning on cashing out. Then (you guessed it) their new payment system hit. It will be three full months on March 9 that I started my first $50 withdrawal. Will I ever see any of that? Maybe in time for the next holiday season.

Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have been waiting for 3 months for my payment and still nothing. It used to be my favorite app. Reaching out to customer support does absolutely no good.

When I first joined Benjamin about 2 years ago, it was great. I was able to earn and cash things out pretty quickly. However, over time, they began to delay things, and it got harder to earn any rewards. They made a big update recently, and now things are completely awful. When you earn a reward, it goes into this queue where it sits for 2 months. Then, when you finally make enough to be able to cash out ($25), it sits in queue again for who knows how long (it's been more than a month for me currently. Plus, now they charge you a fee to cash out. Customer service is completely useless. You just get an automatic reply that says the same thing over and over about it taking time. I would steer clear this app. It's just not worth the hassle or the time.

Holding my money hostage since December 11, 2025. It's currently March 6, 2026. Complete scam. They've since added gambling with your accumulated earnings and still haven't cashed anyone out. Fraudulent.

Benjamin used to be a great app. Then they changed payouts and I have now been waiting since between December 10th, 2025 and February 4, 2026 for $174 to be withdrawn. And you can’t get an actual person when you email and complain.

It went from getting my withdrawl in 4 hours to now i have waited over 90 days for a $25 withdrawal. Ive contacted them numerous times about the issue and they send me the same automatic reply. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I will never play with them again. They clearly dont have any money to pay.

Ownership changed hands fall of last year. New folks are unscrupulous scam artists who grow shadier by the day. The froze withdrawals for weeks. Then when they turned them back on they had removed bank deposit options, instated higher minimums, lower maximums, limits to withdrawal requests per day and charge a mandatory fees for every request. But none of that actually matters because they never pay you, anyway. I have had $250 "queued for processing" since December 17th. I know multiple other people who have been waiting as long or longer for their payments. Communication with customer service results in literally identical canned responses over and over and over. They deleted their FB so people couldn't reach out to customer service that way. Their social media sites have gone inactive and they do not respond their either. Meanwhile, despite droves of customers waiting for months on end for payments they earned close to a year ago, they continue to roll out more ways for users to "earn". In other words they are pushing users to keep playing and engaging -- to keep bringing in revenue from ad partners for the owners. With seemingly zero intent of ever giving users their promised cut of earnings.

I have used the Benjamin app and earned real money through it, but getting that money has become an ordeal I can only describe as predatory.
In October 2025, the app froze all withdrawals until December 3rd. All completed tasks, regardless of the amount, even a penny, were placed in a 60-day pending period before becoming eligible for withdrawal. When December 3rd arrived, withdrawals didn't work, with the app citing "too much activity." New restrictions appeared with no prior notice: a $50 daily withdrawal maximum in addition to their normal $25 minimum, bank transfers removed entirely, and a $1 fee per transaction for "instant processing" through Venmo or PayPal only. My first successful withdrawal didn't go through until December 10th, after trying every single day. Each withdrawal was added to a withdrawal queue that initially said would be processed in "3+ days" but now just says that it's in the queue, with no time estimation at all. I currently have $317.79 sitting in that withdrawal queue. It has been nearly three months since that first withdrawal was submitted. So much for "instant".
Support has been useless. My first ticket received an instant auto-response. When I replied, I waited a full month to hear back — only to receive a variation of the same canned message. A second ticket filed a week ago has followed the same pattern.
During the freeze, Co-founder Erno Tauriainen, had the nerve to announce record profits for Benjamin for 2025. I guess if you stop paying your users it does result in some extra revenue. He's since made his LinkedIn private, and the company FB page has been closed. The company has been sued by the SEC in the past, which makes me wonder how Benjamin used their last round of seeding funds and if the SEC should look into their recent activity. It looks like Benjamin may already attract their attention again though, since a lawsuit was filed against Benjamin just last month for investment fraud and breach of contract. Benjamin users like myself are not surprised.
What makes this especially painful is that I genuinely needed this money. I have surgery scheduled this month, will be on unpaid leave for nearly a month while I recover, and am already behind on bills due to medical expenses. Knowing that hundreds of dollars I legitimately earned are being withheld by this company while I've been struggling has been infuriating.
I've already left reviews on Google Play and the App Store, but another user pointed out that I should be reporting the app to Google and Apple as well, so I'll be doing that. Since I'll have nothing but time after my procedure next week, I'll also be filing complaints with the FTC, the CFPB, my state's attorney general, and the New York attorney general's office (where Benjamin's headquartered). To start. I'm posting this review across multiple platforms so that others can make an informed decision before investing their time and money into this app.

This used to be an awesome app, then they suspended all of our payouts until December, and when they opened the app back up and we were finally able to withdraw our funds, we were only able to do so in $50 increments and they are still pending 3 months later. I'm personally owed almost $200, but I know there are others who are owed even more. When you attempt to contact the company you are only met with automated responses. At this point I'm confident in deeming this a scam.
