I have been working with BMR for over two years across a wide range of services, including virtual assistant support, website design and development, SEO, outreach, social media management, and Google Ads campaigns.
While my VA requires training/feedback from time to time, what I really appreciate is their genuine dedication to supporting my property business. They really try to ease my workload.
During the website build, communication was consistent and prompt when implementing changes. Although I was happy with the final product, the initial SEO results didn't generate the specific leads I was looking for, and I would have expected a slightly more proactive response to making improvements. However, after we met to brainstorm solutions, BMR brought in a dedicated team member to support the site, and we soon saw a noticeable increase in web traffic.
The email marketing campaigns produced only modest results over a six-month period, but their work on Google Ads has been exceptional. Within just a couple of weeks, the Ads campaigns have already delivered more leads than the email outreach did overall.
Special mention must go to my social media assistant, who is absolutely superb—proactive, responsive, and skilled at creating visuals that perfectly match my brand identity. They work with me collaboratively to produce the content that reflect my brand and goals.
Overall, the team is polite, hardworking, and provides excellent value for money. I am pleased with our ongoing partnership and would happily recommend them to others.
