I have ordered Moisturizer and Cleanser from website and paid the required amount on 9th Aug 2026 but as on today 24th August 2026 Bluedart tracking shows “Pickup Employee is Out to P/U Shipment” at Gurgaon CPC" even after lapse of two weeks. The whatsapp number provided as grievance redressal officer is not replying to messages and I have already sent two three email but I only got automated message that your complaint ticket is generated. Don't use this website. Poor customer service.

Worst company. Zero customer support. So basically, I tried to order product bundle from their website, while adjusting flat and apartment fields, the pincode changed subsequently. After acknowledging this on their app. I tried to use app contact, website ai, and even though emailed my grievance 2 times. But they literally didn't took any action, i just received an automated response in-return displaying that a ticket has been created. I realised that I created 2 tickets in the fear that my money is being block and my time is wasted on it. To be honest, it was not worth considering this website.
I literally can't change it from my end, nor they are doing it and not provide customer support.

My money is being blocked and they have even chose the delivery partner without considering the issue. That means, they just want to deliver and earn, and earn. They don't care, this is their behaviour towards customers, I am worried if the products they are selling all over, are genuine?

I was really excited to try Minimalist after seeing so many positive reviews, but my experience has been very disappointing. I placed an order over a month ago, and not only did it never arrive, but the refund process has also been a hassle. The communication has been slow and repetitive with no real resolution. They apologised and said that their order fulfilment is done via a 3rd party company. They escalated my order but still no update, that's when I requested a refund which they said will arrive in my account in 5-7 business days. It's past the given time and I'm still waiting for the refund.

It’s frustrating to see the company actively selling to the Australian market when they clearly have major issues with order fulfillment and customer service here. The excitement of trying new products quickly turned into stress and disappointment.

If you’re in Australia, I’d suggest thinking twice before ordering - you might end up waiting weeks for either your products or your refund. I hope Minimalist improves its logistics and transparency soon, because customers deserve better.

It is really expensive and not really worth to buy.
One should consult a doctor and get perscribed meds it will still be cheaper than this skincare industry trap.

I was excited to try Minimalist because the brand positions itself around transparency and carefully curated ingredients. Unfortunately, I found that some of the ingredient lists on their website (e.g. Alpha Lipoic + Glycolic 07% Cleanser and Maleic Bond Repair Complex 05% Hair Mask) do not match what is printed on the product packaging. Several ingredients are present in the actual products but were missing from the online listings.

I raised this with customer support and even provided annotated comparisons. The issue was escalated to their R&D team, but months later I’ve had no resolution or meaningful update. By contrast, when I encountered a similar issue with Cult Beauty last year, they were mortified by the error, quickly refunded my purchase, and corrected their website.

It’s disappointing that a company built on ingredient curation hasn’t been more proactive in addressing this. The products may work fine for many, but if you rely on ingredient transparency due to allergies or sensitivities, please be cautious.

I made a UPI payment of ₹1,423 on June 28th through PhonePe, but no order was placed. I contacted Minimalist support multiple times, providing the UTR number and proof of payment.

Unfortunately, all I received were template responses asking me to wait or contact my bank, even though I had already done that and clearly explained the situation.

After 48+ hours, the amount was reversed automatically through UPI, but no meaningful support came from Minimalist’s side.

I love the brand and its products, but the customer service experience was disappointing. I hope future issues are handled with more care and that support teams actually read customer emails instead of copy-pasting replies.

Feedback shared in the hope that service improves.

Have emailed 6 times for help or refund, they have not replied.

I have ordered before 12 days ago, till now didn't receive the order and didn't get refund.
So redicolus things they have done not satisfied with there services.

I recently purchased a skincare product from Minimalist's official website and soon after received a call from an unknown number claiming I won a gift. They tricked me into paying money, and it turned out to be a scam. This makes me feel like Minimalist might be sharing customer details or their data isn't secure. Please be careful and verify any offers directly from the official website. Do not share personal or payment details with unknown callers! Stay safe!

order delivery was delayed, so i'd suggest buying their products from amazon. Customer support was sub-par, late responses and unsatisfied assistance provided.
Nevertheless, the products are great and the brand is extremely transparent about them.

Ordered products worth 9k + They took my money and Didn't even gave email confirmation, tracking ID or anything! When I contacted the website contact form, the staff sent me someone else's tracking ID! What kind of service is this????

Totally fraudulent.

They dont even have a customer support email or phone number. All they have is a form on website.
