I ordered through the Shop app and managed to order without giving my required enscription. I emailed and had a quick reply, which soved the problem.

It is a well made product and the fact it isn't plastic is even better
I would have given it 6 stars, but it still doesn't fit 2 rolls in without squashing them, but the truth is, no one makes one big enough, my quest continues!

Our family loved the beautiful gifts we chose from Belvedere for our wedding favours and bridemaid and parent presents. We received great suggestions from the team when we needed design advice on typeface and products. I'm so glad we chose from one supplier, it allowed us to get a lovely theme going between items. We ended up choosing some boxes and photo frames for our memories too. Fast postage and quality items. Highly recommended. Will be glad to use again.

We did email you on 4 separate occasions to inform you that the frame size you purchased had just sold out and offered the next size up at no extra cost, but you did not reply back to any of them. None of the messages we sent to you were bounced back so the email address you gave to us when you placed the order was correct, after the 4th message we decided to refund your money back. We are sorry that you did not see these messages and we hope you managed to find a suitable present for your friend in time. Merry Christmas

Door topper - 4 letters
Ordering was easy, delivery was on time and it was sort of what I was looking for, but it was too small in height and the lettering too thin.
Being only 4 letters, the guidance given on the website was a bit ambiguous, as it appeared that fewer letters would result in a taller topper. Or I got hold of the wrong end of the stick!
I have used it for now but will be looking to replace it with something the size I need when I find one.
