What was meant to be a 2 day kitchen refit is now into its 24th day with no signs of ending. U
Kitchen still has numerous holes left in walls and ceiling. Flooring was lifted when there was no need to do so and they are refusing to relay it. We have been without a cooker and washing machine for 8 days now as they haven't been back to fit them.
Day1, no one showed up
Day2, kitchen fitters arrived but did nothing as old kitchen not removed
Day 3,old kitchen removed but electrician arrived but materials he needed were not delivered so he couldn't work.
Day 4 ,electrician got Flooring lifted when there was no need for it then left holes in wall and ceiling
Day 5,kitchen units fitted but Flooring not relayed holes left in walls pipes not boxed in and kitchen appliances not fitted.
House left like building site with equipment and materials just abandoned in house.
Day6, nothing
Day7, nothing
Day8, nothing still no contact from bell group as to when work will be finished
Day 9, kitchen still like a building site and have had no cooker or washing machine operating for over a week now .
UPDATE- It is now 26 days after the kitchen refit was meant to start and still no idea when they will be finished. Still waiting on kitchen unit drawers to be completed.
Hole s in Walls have not been filled and I had to attempt to relay laminate flooring as the way they left the floor was dangerous for my children

Lied to from the start about company van and uniform . Then was fired over a text because I refused with another colleague to go back and sort a property that was covered in blood . Then to top it all the manager blocked me when I tried to reply .

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is completely inept and unprofessional. What was supposed to be a 3-day kitchen fitting job has now dragged into 9 days and counting, with no sign of completion.
They send a different team every day, none of whom seem to know what the last team did—or didn’t do. The second joiner team even commented on how terrible the previous work was: wrong measurements, uneven worktops, units in the wrong place, and nothing matching the scale or plan. That alone tells you everything about their lack of quality control.
The tradesmen they send out are often extremely young and appear inexperienced, with no senior staff to guide them. I’ve had 17-year-old apprentices and workers barely older than 22 left in charge of jobs far beyond their experience. It’s not fair on them, and it certainly isn’t acceptable for customers who are paying for professional workmanship.
On top of this, their carelessness is dangerous. Screws are regularly left scattered across the property, which is a serious hazard given I have dogs. I’m especially concerned about this because my neighbours sadly lost a dog to an infection caused by stepping on screws left behind by a previous company. You would think any professional business would take this kind of risk seriously—yet they continue with the same sloppy habits.
The job has been so drawn out that even my neighbours have started complaining to me about how long it’s taking. They’re also left in the dark, with no notice of when the company will actually turn up. When workers are here, they make so much noise it disturbs everyone around, and they frequently swear loudly while working. The irony is that these same people once complained about a tongue-in-cheek note I had left on my front door about my football team being “shite” and “fcuk the manager and all the players” — yet they think it’s acceptable to shout and swear all day in front of neighbours.
They also promised to protect my flooring, yet my hall carpet has been ruined because they failed to put anything down. Days often pass with no one showing up at all, and when they do, they either walk off mid-job or leave things half-done. Communication is non-existent—they don’t answer calls or texts, leaving customers completely in the dark.
To make matters worse, I’ve been left without a washing machine for over a week, unable to clean my clothes because they can’t organize themselves properly. I’ve also had to take repeated time off work, losing wages, just to sit at home 24/7 on the off-chance they might show up and need access to the property—most of the time they don’t even come.
As a council tenant, I can’t help but feel they are treating me with contempt. They seem to believe they’ll be paid regardless of the quality of their work, and that attitude shows through in their unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for tenants’ time, homes, and wellbeing.
This company shows a shocking lack of respect for customers, neighbours, pets, time, and property.
Avoid them at all costs. If you value your home, your pets, your time, and your sanity, look elsewhere.
I'm only giving 1 star because it is the minimum you must give to write a review.
For a start I took the whole day off of work for this, so I didn't make any money today. Secondly I desperately need a new front door because I have been sleep deprived due to neighbours in the communal hallway and not having a proper front door which blocks out sound.
So they didn't bother to turn up at all today and I strongly believe that if I didn't ring them, I would not have heard anything from them. So I rang them twice and eventually they told me that they probably won't be turning up today. Probably? Who's running this business, how do you not know where your staff are that are out on jobs?
After that I was told the operation manager would contact me to give me an update. It's gone 5 at the time of writing this and nothing. not even an email.
I strongly assume if i don't bombard them with phonecalls tomorrow demanding the door which they were supposed to fit today, I would not hear a peep from them. Definition of a company who will take your money and run.
There's a reason the 1 star reviews for this company vastly outweigh the rest of the review brackets. Do not do business with these people, they clearly aren't professionals and have no interest in producing the appropriate level of customer services.
Even if you feel they are giving you a deal, go to another company.

This company are a excellent company great bunch of lads and can have a great laugh with these guys
They were contracted by the landlord to paint from and back and they have gone above and beyond what they were expected to do
Painted full wall in back and back gate and shed door for me as well as all the window sills and window frames
Cleaned up all mess after them self's and cleared all paint drops on floor can't fault them at all

Be very wary about letting this company on to your property.
As a tenant of Perth and Kinross Council, my landlord hired these subcontractors to do routine maintenance outside my house, that's maintenance that I never asked for, the workers are clumsy and ignorant and don't respect private property the group supervisor Robert Kelly is arrogant individual, and will not take responsibility for what his workforce does, if you have some nice garden plants, shrubbery expect them to be stomped over, apple tree branches with young apple growth to be snapped off. If you have satellite dishes expect them to be knocked out of alignment and loss all your signal, no tv, no phone, no internet, with the company not taking responsibility infact they will speak to you in a disrespectful manner.
Avoid this Bell Group company.

You will notice the generic response from the company, that's just for show, as I had already gone through all the channels before making this Trustpilot review, and was told by both group supervisor Robert Kelly and head office that it's not their problem.
I'm currently getting legal help.
Trustpilot have informed me that Bell Group company have requested I need to add more details otherwise they won't recognize my review as a genuine experience, thus removing my review, more cover ups by incompetent companies and platforms run and moderated by AI.
My experience was genuine, I've already mentioned the name of the group supervisor in my review that I spoke with on the date.
I don't need to talk with anyone at Bell Group as I wasn't the one that contracted them, it was my landlord and that's who I am now talking to.

My fence and wall come down in January 25 the job was booked around that time, 3 people have been out to the house on different occasions to take photographs it’s now June 13th and they are no where in sight. I have called multiple times just get transferred to different departments asked to speak to a manager but never get called back would steer clear of this company at all costs

Had 3 members of TBG round to see my bathroom and kitchen today via council, fortunately I don't need the work done as mine are new enough. The staff were prompt, professional and friendly so can't complain.

Bell group did my bathroom and did an amazing job, workmen are lovely always polite, respectful and always clean up after themselves. Jeremy the plumber is especially a credit to the company and is always smiling! Debbie always keeps you upto date with whats going on and martin is always happy to help with any questions you have.
I would recommend bell group to friends and family. Thank you so much for my beautiful new bathroom :)

Had the displeasure of having a kitchen fitted by them through my local council, throughout the process i was told ‘it’s a free kitchen so can’t complain’ although I pay rent to live in the property so isn’t free. On multiple occasions at 8am while getting my child ready for school, the workers had music on which was inappropriate for young ears, I was also fobbed off by being told ‘you won’t see it once the units in’ to a huge hole in the wall. They fitted the kitchen work tops, with two different style ones, when asked about was told ‘the sun was in his eyes’ which then took over a month for them to correct the mistake that was made, during this time they wanted a booklet back but I couldn’t find it at the time so was then bombarded by them and also accused of using said booklet as a bargaining tool by the tenant liaison officer, although I had been told it was just a feedback form also didn’t realise I had to bargain for them to fix their mistake, also asked for an apology for the behaviour and was blatantly ignored. They also ruined my hallway floor into the kitchen with massive chunks taken out of it. If you are a council/housing tenant please be aware they don’t respect you, they will belittle you and make you feel uncomfortable in your own home. Very upset and disappointed by the whole situation. Don’t ever want to deal with the company again.

I had the most amazing team come to fit my front door.
They were respectful and friendly! They done the most uplifting high standard work replacing my door. To the point it's actually not just completed but they done it so that it's above the expectations! I honestly can't not thank the two men that come to do it! They cleaned afterwards fully and without hesitation! I would highly recommend them again!
Again I was not expecting this type of standards due to past experiences with other companies! High recommend! The two lads were friendly, hard working, committed and completely professional!
I had to leave immediately after the work had finished due to commitments so I was unable to get their names again! But please give them my complete and utter praise and appreciation!

Last year we had a wet room installed by Bells. We were told the work would take 4 days. 10 days later the work was completed. During our 10 days were were flooded four times, they managed to put a screw through the central heating pipe under the floor. We were unable to have the use of our only toilet for two days. The workmen would arrive at around 10 in the morning. Then it was tea break at 11 followed by a 1 and 3/4 lunch break, then home time at 4.
This week we have Bells back to rectify more leaks, work started on Monday. We are now back to having everything stripped back with a hole in the floor and a toilet balanced on a piece of wood. No work has been done yesterday or today due to they haven't a tray to go under the floor. We feel totally let down by Bells
The day after this review and my email to Bells the workmen arrived. They managed to do a day's work with half hour lunch break ( they made a point of telling me they were off for lunch and back in 30 minutes)
Things were beginning to take shape. The following day the man arrived to lay the flooring, he did a first class job.After he had finished the plumber arrived to re-fit the toilet that's when it all went wrong !!
The plumber said " give it an hour or so before you use it" and he went his merry way. We went into the wet room to admire the finish. Only to find the toilet looked wonky. When we took a closer look we found only one crooked screw holding the cistern and the bowl had two plastic caps silicone where the screws should be.
A complete Joke shoddy is an understatement!!

Had Danny and Alan for just over 2 days. Both hard workers. Had problem re cornice as unable to replace part of the ceiling/wall with same size. What a solution they came up with absolutely outstanding and very clever. Cannot thank these men enough a credit to their company in all respects even right down to the housekeeping side of things. Well done Danny and Alan hats off to you guys. Definately recommend.

Absolutely terrible unprofessional behaviour and there is no dignity and respect whatsoever towards anyone as music is blasted , singing and phone conversation in front of your door ,noise even when you ask them to be considerate due to elderly frail people and some working from home .Your staff don’t care sorry to generalise all I am sure there are good ones as well .I am not going to shame particular person in public but you must give your staff customer service training.Infortunatly job was massy and sloppy and work has poor quality and fitting and finish.It needed to be redone again what a waisted money and time .You are giving bad name to contractors work .Shame on you

I have had the misfortune of crossing paths with Dell Group on two separate occasions, as they are the chosen provider of property maintenance services for the housing association to which I belong. Their consistent incompetence has been both frustrating and detrimental to my mental health.
Initially, they were entrusted with the task of repairing a roof leak. Even under seemingly favourable weather conditions, the leak reappeared with the onset of rain, and this time, it was exacerbated. Approximately six months later, they made a second attempt, which involved the erection of scaffolding that lingered outside my house for weeks without any personnel arriving on site. When a solitary worker finally did show up, he failed to introduce himself or clarify the purpose of his visit. I only became aware of his presence due to the sounds emanating from the roof, situated directly above my workspace.
Upon completion of the job, I similarly realized he had finished only because the noise from the roof had ceased. It’s worth noting that dismantling the scaffolding took another two weeks, a process which was prolonged by a series of repeated phone calls that resulted in nothing but empty promises that the scaffolding would be removed soon, leading to considerable inconvenience and exasperation. The leak has since come back again, but this time, it has expanded, further compounding the initial damage. I find myself now at a loss over the prospect of the housing association engaging this company again.
It's evident that they lack basic management and quality control. Their level of unprofessionalism, disregard for customer satisfaction and inability to deliver even the most straightforward service is truly appalling.

New kitchen fitted by Bell contractors on behalf of Longhurst housing, considering accreditations held by Bell and a their quality policy statement “It is the policy and a principal business objective of Bell Group UK to provide the highest quality of service to clients.”
This has to be the worst workmanship I have ever seen for contractor with such a quality statement, every job done to the worst possible standards. Inspectors from Bell and Longhurst called to check the work, said they were not happy and got some of the issues sorted out, again to very poor standards, weeks later and still no contact to inspect again or complete any of the work that needs to be done. Considering Bell apparently hold NQA ISO9001 I wonder if NQA would like to see the pictures I have showing the quality of the work. Absolutely shocking. Just a few points. Plaster that could have been done better with bare hands than a trowel, sink not fitted into worktop with gaps around, tiles cut with gaps around electrical sockets, painter leaving gloss paint everywhere without cleaning up and signing work to say he worked until 4.00 when he was rushing to leave and finally left at 12.00, painting without any preparation whatsoever, plumber fitted pipe from dishwasher incorrectly causing water damage to the new sink unit (had to fix this myself as there was water everywhere) . I have never seen such a bunch of cowboys in my life, like it or not this is the truth.
