Going further, if that mortgage doesnt complete for any reason and we need to change mortgage company, by no fault of your own, you will never pay another fee to us. I can't recommend this company enough; Liberty Rowe and Molly Walsh were without question the most professional people we dealt with in our house purchase process. Liberty took the time to (very patiently!) explain all the ins and outs of the UK property and mortgage world as we were new to the country. Both Liberty and Molly were always fast to respond to my messages. I was always kept informed of what was happening with my mortgage application, and they stayed in touch during the quieter periods. They also assisted me in finding a fantastic solicitor when the one I'd previously chosen turned out to be a poor choice.
