The Blazer I ordered didn’t look anything like the picture. It wasn’t finished. No lining inside, just the outer skin, with loads of excess material flapping around the neck and collar. False pockets. Do basically just pieces of material sown on.
A five year old could have made a better job.
Made in a Chinese sweat factory no doubt.
When I requested to send it back, they did everything they could to stop this from happening. I eventually demanded their details and sent it back.
That was on 8th May. I’m still waiting to get my money back, nearly a month later

Do not buy from this company!!!!!!
There is no 'effortless returns process' they just try and squirm out of it!!!

I am really unhappy with what I received . I was so looking forward to a ‘cashmere’ pink jumper . What arrived was far from its description . The colour was dull not like the vibrant photo we all see online . Total mis representation !!! I got an acrylic man-made fibre jumper and I wish I’d seen the reviews before even purchasing this . Avoid Belezza this online scammer!

So my saga continues ...... over 20 emails with the same response, depsite having the item returned and not refunded my money. How are they still trading !!

DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY

My card has fraud the morning after this payment for £500. All other card services recently have been known companies.

I purchased a raincoat impressed by the photograph, it was nothing like the photograph it felt like a scam I am requesting a refund which I am being denied, this company is not to be purchased from ,there is no quality .they are not issuing a refund, I want to warn all NEVER purchase from this site

Absolute scam and filth!
Payed £50 for a red dress, looks like it should be £5. Does not match up to the photo what so ever. Material is cheap and colour of the dress is completely off. So disappointed, considering i waited more than 2 months for this garbage. Avoid this website from all cost or I can guarantee you will be disappointed.

Received a Jumper I ordered, ordered a large, it was labeled a large, would only fit a small child!. Quality wasn't good, not sown up properly and lots of loose ends.

The item sent was of very poor quality and nothing like the dress I ordered. Also they are refusing to refund my money because they say I sent dress back to wrong address which I got from their internet address. Do not use this company, it is a SCAM.

Supplier must have put a lot of time in creating a website to fool people into parting with well earned cash for products that are of very poor quality.
Took 3 weeks to deliver.
I should have done more research into these scammers. A new way to grab your CASH.
Why is this country letting so much crap come in from china.

The online item compared to what I received was totally different. Absolutely rubbish. Even the label is not Belezza.
I should have checked their reviews before ordering. The clothes were 10 days late and are made in China with the worst clothing quality I have seen, the £80 coat looks and feels like a £1 item.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. WEBSITE IS FULL OF LIES. They appear to be operating in England saying they use Royal Mail tracking, however when you look at tracking all it says is'pending'. Meaningless. Also (wait for this joke) you can only cancel WITHIN AN HOUR OF PURCHASE. Completely illegal and against all trading standards and EU trading laws. BEWARE the website says 1-5 working days however when you email them they say it can take up to 10 working days!!!! NOWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE DOES IT SAY THIS.
I wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing. I'm now going to see my niece at Christmas with no Christmas present. How do we get these cowboys shut down???

Do not order from this site! I placed an order for a pair of boots that took over 4 weeks to be delivered. The boots were 20% off but still coming in at £67 I would have expected them to come packaged in a shoe box not just a bag. This is not worth the money and can’t easily be returned.

Ordered wife's Chritmas gift end of November still not arrived, and all I get is it is in transit, it has been in transit fir 3 weeks, even though the delivery on the site states 5 / 10 Woking day, and looking at the reviews I only wish I'd seen them before I ordered. Will be actioning my card provider to bounce money back.

Ordered a Christmas present for my son on 24th November received today and what I received was nothing like the picture, there were no labels on the clothing it was probably worth about 5 pound the QUALITY is terrible. I will be claiming this back as I bought on my credit card complete scam DO NOT buy from this company, I wish I had reviewed them before buying.

Deceptive company suggesting they are based in Germany, NOPE! They operate from Hong Kong where their cheap products are made.
Ordered a dress and wore for graduation ceremony so literally sat in it for most of the time. By end of it the button popped off and has fishing wire coming out of the scalloped sleeves. Loose thread everywhere. Awful cheap tat.
Was offered 20% refund then 40%, size/colour exchange, free swap with something else. NO THANKS. Went via PayPal and got 70% refund. Have to return dress if I want 100% refund but shipping is £25 odd which is around 20% of dress cost (paid £62).

Absolute disgrace.. I bought a wool coat as it was advertised. Waited 3 weeks and what arrived was a polyester coat and looked nothing like the one advertised.. It looks very cheap. I am disgusted.. I am not going to pay a postage for return as the coat cost £33 . It will have to go to the charity shop as I am not going to wear the cheap shoddy looking thing 😒... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM 🙁.

I bought two women’s trouser suits which did not look anything like as they were advertised and more like pyjamas.

Really faded pattern and thin, thin material.

How I wish I had read the reviews first.

This is a scam company, avoid, avoid, they send you disgusting items and then refuse to give you a return address, they are based in China not the Netherlands.
Report them and fight to get your money back.

The jumper that arrived is very poor quality and nothing like the description or the pictures. My daughter bought for my birthday and is really disappointed. She paid £30 and received something badly sized and very cheap, not even worth £5. Will try and return but not holding out much hope based on reviews.

Refund update - emailed company direct to request refund. No response. Emailed company via PayPal, no response but full refund in account in 48hrs.
