I met Shamal Shah at the REAL ESTATE EXPO. Shamal is very well spoken and very kind. I explained to Shamal that I have a LG dryer that will turn off frequently while drying, even though it was brand new dryer. I have 3 dogs and I didn’t know how bad my dryer vents was. Shamal stated that I needed my dryer vent cleaned and that it is a safety hazard for my home to have dryer vents full of hair and etc. Shamal was quick to schedule an appointment to help with my needs. The service I received was remarkable and now my dryer runs flawlessly. I am very appreciative for the service I was provided by Shamal Shah and his team. I can't say enough good things about the 3 gentlemen who helped me with installing a new dryer, after the big box store where I bought it failed in their customer service and gave me a list of excuses why they would not help me. In contrast, Dryer Vent Wizards were my heroes and got the job done. They were friendly, knowledgeable, cheerful, and had a wonderful "can-do" spirit that rose to, and conquered, every challenge this job (installing the dryer on a wooden shelf above my washer, and exchanging the first, defective dryer for another) threw at them. Their patience and ingenuity are greatly appreciated!
I am happily using the dryer as I write this, and using the Dryer Vent Wizards pen's stylus from their gift tote bag to type this review. I have rarely ever been this impressed by any customer service. Gentlemen, thank you again!
