I would rate the service very very good.
Royal mail put their usual red and white card through the letterbox stating that that the parcel was in the Green Bin!.. on Green bin collection day (I couldn't believe it either, Don't put parcels in bins Royal mail.) consequently the parcel was collected by the bin people.
Sue at Beliebis sorted it out for us Promptly.
