The only draw back is there is no email or alert of automatic renewal prior to being shipped. UMZU another company sends out an email about 3 days before your order is processed which is nice.

Good Choice…
It’s a great idea to do automatic payments because I won’t fall behind on my dosage, get lazy and forget to order. About to complete my first 30 days and so far so good.
I would recommend a service to remind customers by email or text of the date automatic payment will be billed.

I emailed for shipping support minutes after an autofill error and received confirmation the following business day that my order was being sent to a different state. There was no staff or teammember that reached out to me.

I requested my order to be canceled and…
I requested my order to be canceled and refunded before it was fulfilled. No one returned my email and that is unacceptable customer service. Now I’m left with a $100 charge and products that I am not happy with and will not use.
