I have posted my work in the support group and I haven’t heard anything back from my mentor nothing!!! I posted on Tuesday last week for feedback and NOTHING absolutely NOTHING.

have also messaged the Instagram page, & the owner of BELA BEAUTY COLLEGE.

Not fair!

I reached out to this college during a time of genuine financial hardship and asked for help or flexibility with my course. Instead of being supported, I was told there was nothing they could do and the matter was “closed.”

Very disappointing experience. I expected more understanding and care from a business that works with students.

They had beautiful customer service. Kind people, made me feel listened to, excited.

Honestly just from a call with James I’ve never been more motivated and excited to do this lash course! I’ve always been hesitant and thought you know what I’m doing this! Thank you James

I did the lash course and graduated. It was so easy to learn and the tutors were quick to respond and they worked the program around me and my personal life when needed. I loved studying with them and would highly recommend and even return if wanted to up skill in any other areas.

After not being in contact with Bela Beauty for quite some time, I made a call and it couldn't have gone better. So polite and helpful, explaining everything I needed to know fully and without any judgement. This has definitely made me want to continue with this college.

I started back When Jessica Buff had her business under Buff & Co 6 years ago, unfortunately I didn’t finish the course back then due to mental health. I reached out to her this year and I’m thankful for the Bela beauty team especially Jessica that gave me a second chance after 6 years to finish I’m course. I enjoyed every moment of learning the modules the videos were really easy to understand, and I could go at my own pace. The online support group is an amazing addition to get feedback! All round 10/10 now I’m studying Nail course through Bela beauty, very professional!

Bela beauty college was a great experience for me i am currently completing the master eyelashes certificate and the way the course is set out and the support provided has been amazing the whole time i have been studying

Dear bella beauty collage, when I think about my journey with embarking on my hair extensions journey I will admit at first I was scared about making the commitment but as the decision I made started to set in I realised it was the best move I could make to futher my skills as an egsisting hairdresser in the industry. Feeling unhappy within my previous employment this step was the one I needed to take to shift my focus and feel empower again I'm very glad I took the step and I have no regrets
