Their website allows customers to purchase " nolonger available" products .( most competitor's websites wont allow this ) And rather than place your funds on hold like most businesses until product ships, this company deposits your funds then several days later sends you an email stating..oh so sorry the product you ordered is nolonger available and it willl take 5 to 7days to process your refund.

It's 2023 folks and their website is woefully antiquated...dont let customers buy a nolonger available product and then make the customer wait 5 to 7 days for a refund.

Most websites wont allow this customer experience to happen

I buy a lot of lights, for residential and commercial properties. I buy from a few places, but I always try to buy from Bees since they specialize on it. I've had a bad batch of lights for a huge warehouse and they sent me all the replacements right away, no questions asked. Great Experience.

One of the items I had on order was delayed twice due to supply chain issues. Contacted Beeslighting customer service, rep checked inventories and recommended another LED lamp in stock (actually an upgrade). One call was all it took. Rep ensured the item left on the original order was canceled and I received a prompt refund. New lamp arrived within a week and Im very pleased with overall results. As a recently retired electrical planner at a large (660 acre) industrial site, I have over thirty years experience with a number of different lighting brands. Having used RAB products in the past, I consider them a great option.

Will be buying from Beeslighting in the future.

I ordered pendant lights which were back ordered. I cancelled the items but they were shipped to me anyways and now the company wants me to pay for shipping for a cancelled order in order to get a refund. Completely unprofessional.

I just love the lights I bought. They are really nice looking and provide the right amount of light. It was super easy to buy them online and they arrived quickly. In the middle of a pandemic that has mysteriously caused supply chain problems, I expect delays with almost everything, but there was no delay getting these lights. I am so grateful because we are hosting my daughters wedding at our house and need these lights.

The LED light bulbs were an exact match to my existing fan lights.
