Still not received product after 4…

Still not received product after 4 weeks. I understand that the product is currently out of stock however the company have continued to advertise it as in stock every day since I placed my order

So far so good. Ordered a bed online, asked if delivery could be delayed for a reason, Ajaz replied swiftly no prob.

Easy to order on line

Easy to order on line. Contacted me quickly stating the bed I had ordered was currently out of stock. I asked for similar alternatives and e-mailed very quickly and alternative purchase made.

Ordered a bed and payed extra money on…

Ordered a bed and payed extra money on top as got told bed would arrive if i did so for the saturday . Only then to recive a email a day later telling me the bed would not arrive til another 12 days time. So i rang the office put me through to despatch wer got told bed wasnt even made yet. So then rang up customer services again to find out bed is made but van is all booked up. So payed extra money for bed not to arrive and to get lied to what i do not appreciate. But most dissapointing thing his my 8 year old son cant come stay with us after we promised him as he has no bed. Feel extremely annoyed at the service in which ghe way we have been treated.

Poor systems, customer money taken needlessly!

Money taken under false pretences. Phoned to ask whether a specific headboard was in stock in the size required and confirmed by Ajaz that it was. He suggested that the order was made online, which was duly done and payment made by credit card. Shortly afterwards Ajaz telephoned to say that the headboard was not available. I requested an immediate repayment - so far nothing has appeared in my account.

Phoned me a day before delivery to say they had received the wrong matteress that's supposed to have had the matteress 6 days before.was not happy only good thing that came out of it .the company returned my money fairly quickly.would not recommend if you want the matteress advertised.

Just the exact product that we wanted…

Just the exact product that we wanted at a very good price. Only hitch was that we were asked if we could accept delivery on Weds 25 th Sept so made arrangements to be in. Luckily I phoned the company to make sure if it would be am or pm and they said, actually it would be Thursday 26th! However, it arrived bright and early Thursday morning with a cheerful, helpful van driver.

Easy to order and then as we went on…

Easy to order and then as we went on holiday we were able to get the delivery timed to fit in with our return.
Kept informed by phone,text and email covering our wifiless holiday destination.
The mattress arrived in good condition and the driver was very good.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Took the order and money quickly. Seems like it is two men running the business, no dedicated "Customer Service". One just answered the phone with "Hello", which did not fill me with confidence. I had to ask if I had the right company. No communication with me regarding progress of order. No email to track the order as per the automated email when ordering. I had to do all emailing and calls despite 4 promised calls from them. They seemed put out when I said I would not be in the day they wanted to deliver. I had to wait another week (and cancel an important hospital appt to accommodate them). Maybe they only delivery to South West on a Thursday. Was told delivery man would call when on his way, he called when on the door step. Luckily I was in. Furniture Direct and Beds Direct same company in Leicester. Will not be using again.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1…

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star if it gave me the choice! Their customer service is appalling, I’ve had to chase up a bed twice even though it said delivery in 1-2 weeks it’s now been 3. Last week they tried to deliver (after telling me on the day that they were going to deliver; the driver came early and couldn’t wait 10 minutes for me to return home). I then heard nothing all week, and I had to email the company asking when my bed would be delivered. They said they’d confirm the next day - I heard nothing. I had to email again telling them to cancel because I’d rather spend my money elsewhere with a company that is organised and care about their customers! I was then advised a £30 cancellation fee would be applied because it was already out for delivery and that they’d text me advising me a time (they 100% hadn’t text me). All in all I’ve never purchased anything with such a terrible company and I certainly won’t be buying from them again - I advise you don’t buy from them. Also to top things off, I’ve just found the bed £50 cheaper with Wayfair who I’ve previously bought from and know they’ll deliver on time and keep me updated! So I won’t be put off pocket after all, no thanks to Beds Direct UK also trading as Furniture Direct UK.

Great bed

Great bed, poor delivery

Bed arrived within time specified when ordering. Kept informed by email and text about delivery date and time. Bit disappointed with delivery itself. I asked if the two men would carry the bed and mattress upstairs for me. "no, its not on the paper work?" A week before I ordered a wardrobe from B&Q and it wasn't specified on their paperwork to carry it up stairs, but they willingly obliged. Bed is lovely, very comfy.
