So far our experience hasn't been great and until a phonecall this morning I was really worried. We ordered our new bedframe on Monday 6th January with BedHive and I tried to call several times over the last week about the order but the phone simply doesn't work - ever! I've been told now that there is a problem with their phonelines but I have suggested they mention this on their website as it leaves customers like myself feeling very concerened when they can't speak to anyone. I've left comments on their Facebook Ads which they have removed before replying to the three emails I sent them in so many days, I'm afraid that really doesn't look good - customer service is very important! Especially with more pricy products.
As BedHive cannot remove this review on Trustpilot I posted here instead and I will alter this review during the process of our order. I'm feeling much better after having a call and discussing my queries but still a little nervous (I have therefore changed my 1-star to 3-stars for now). We've spent over £500 on a bedframe, it's a big expence when we've not seen the product first-hand...I will be happy to update this if our experience improves...

I can’t comment on my bed as it hasn’t arrived after over 3 weeks despite it saying 5-10 days when placing the order. Emailed. Someone said they would look into but still not heard. This was a gift for my son for Xmas and I’ve no idea if it will be here

Do not go near this company, I’ve been waiting for a refund for over two weeks, absolute cowboys. Pure liars!!!

We spent a LONG time researching beds before our purchase and Bed Hive were the only company coming up with consistently good reviews. We ordered several different fabrics before making the decision to buy the super king Chesterfield Swan Sleigh Bed with gas lift. Whilst we haven't unpacked it and put it together yet (we are currently undergoing a home renovation), i can see through the packaging that its a stunning bed and just what i was looking for, i can't wait to put it all together! It was delivered in good time, the delivery company were professional and kept us updated throughout the day on their progress and when the bed arrived it was well packed to keep it protected from damages during transit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bed Hive, in a world where companies seem to take more than they give, it is refreshing to find a company that actually cares.

By far one of the best beds we have ever owned. Not to mention the extremely affordable prices they have for the designs and build quality they give out.
I had my eye on the Zen bed for a while now and I must say it looks absolutely amazing in person! Even better than its pictures.
Ordering process was easy. The bed came within 2 weeks which was great and we were always kept in the loop of whats going on and when are the couriers planning to deliver.
On the day of delivery, the drivers were polite, respectful and really careful of the property. Overall a very positive experience and we would definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

We spent hours looking for the bed we liked until we stumbled upon this website. Nice professional layout and such good looking beds immediately caught my eye.
I had my heart set on Zen bed and once ordered and delivered, I am certain to say it is by far the best looking and qualiy bed we have ever had!
Lovely texture of the fabric and the build is quite sturdy as well. I will definitely be buying from here again.

Customer services were fantastic and the beds we bought are absolutely beautiful. We delayed our delivery quite a few times and they were really accommodating and made sure everything was ok.
The beds came as discussed and were put up quite professionally and and quickly by their team. Before leaving they did make sure everything was perfect and we were happy with it.

I would definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

I received a bed last week with no frame as they had run out of stock!
They have since sent the frame in the post but said I would have to wait 3 weeks for someone to come back to assemble the bed.
Absolute shocking customer service! I have requested a call back 3 times, never got one. Their phone line doesn’t work. No apologies for their mistake. I can’t comment on the bed at this stage as it’s still wrapped up.

Customer services were fantastic and the beds are beautiful.
Delivery was on time and nothing was too much trouble.
I would definitely recommend.

Just had my bed delivered and it is absolutely gorgeous.
I asked them if I could have it delivered after a certain date and they held it up for me no questions asked. I got the silver plush color and it's fab!

Received my bed a couple of days ago. The bed fitted perfectly in my new bedroom and looks stunning. Beautiful fabric and excellent craftsmanship.
The mattress is excellent quality too. Super comfy, feels like sleeping on a cloud lol

I ordered a superking size Etsy sleigh bed and it looks absolutely fantastic. We chose the cream naple color and it looks just amazing. Really happy with our choice and service received from the company. I would definitely recommend them.

We just cannot recommend Bed Hive enough. Excellent quality and such a vaste variety of beds they had. We ordered a superking bed with 70inch high headboard and its fantastic. Its like walking into a luxury hotel room!

I absolutely love my bed from Bed Hive. The order updates were efficient and regular and customer services have been really helpful throughout the entire process. It's hard to find affordable furniture which is high end too but I must say it looks absolutely luxurious and gives 5* hotel vibes! I would 100% recommend this company.
