I Ordered 7 hair dye on Friday 28th of March from beauty flex. 5 days on I Still have not received my item. I Spoke to a gentleman who goes by the name of Von. My experience with this person was very negative. Von was absolutely useless and not helpful at all regarding my order and trying to support me. It is the first time ordering from this site and i do not intend on ordering anything else in the near future. I called on Friday 5th of April regarding my order and spoke with Von. He informed the manager will be in at 10am so I waited on the phone for 20 minutes only for Von to inform me the manager . has not arrived. No one was picking up to my number therefore I had to ring on an alternative number and that is when someone answered. PLEASE STSY AWAY FROM THIS RETAILER. THE LEVEL OF CUSTONER SERVICE IS APPALLING. I then called back around 10am only for the same person to say ‘ you can’t speak to the manager as he has gone to the GP. How appalling is this…. He then said we are going to send another parcel to you .. but should I not have had a confirmation email to state this which I have not received. I emailed customer services and asked for them to provide me with an update of where my package is. I have not received any email from the company .

Great company had what I wanted, quick delivery and lovely customer service

I recently made an order for 2 colour correcting concealers and my package arrive today but the bag is open and empty. The bag and receipt has some of the green colour corrected leaked on to it but both concealers are missing. I emailed the company and sent photos about this, both directly and through their website 2 weeks ago but still have not heard back. I am extremely disappointed as I have not heard back anything or gotten a refund.

Never ordered from here before but ordered passion twist hair for next day delivery yesterday and it came today. Will definitely be buying from here again

Items arrived well packaged. I took a chance ordering as it's not a company I have heard of before. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Good prices and good stock.
