Prodotti ottimi già usati e strausati . La consegna male in quando ho pagato DHL x la consegna e mi è arrivato tramite poste gettato nel giardino sotto la pioggia. Scatola di cartone e lascio immaginare.

Siamo spiacenti di sapere che l'ordine non è stato consegnato come previsto.
Purtroppo vedo che non si è messo in contatto con noi, il che ci rattrista perché non ci è stata data la possibilità di aiutarla e trovare una soluzione prima che lei scrivesse questa recensione.
Per noi è importante che i nostri clienti siano soddisfatti e avremmo volentieri contattato DHL per la cattiva consegna.

Beautycos: prezzi buoni, servizio clienti eccellente
Ho ordinato per la prima volta su Beautycos dei prodotti della mia marca preferita x la cura dei capelli. Tra l’ordine e la consegna purtroppo sono passati ben 10 gg. e l’imballo non si è rivelato proprio efficiente, tanto che uno dei prodotti si è danneggiato, restando comunque utilizzabile. Il servizio clienti è stato estremamente disponibile e proattivo e mi hanno addirittura proposto un rimborso parziale per il prodotto danneggiato. Comprerò ancora su questo sito!

Ci dispiace sapere che alcuni prodotti sono stati danneggiati durante il trasporto. Non vedo che ci abbia contattato e questo ci rattrista, perché non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di aiutarla prima che lei scrivesse questa recensione.
Per noi è molto importante che i nostri clienti siano soddisfatti del loro ordine, quindi speriamo che ci invii un'e-mail in cui spiega il problema e allega delle foto. In questo modo troveremo una soluzione insieme a voi.

Ho trovato gli stessi prodotti a prezzi inferiori su siti affidabili. Il packing era sicuramente ecologico ma il prodotto sono arrivati aperti in particolare gli spray. 139 per spedizione gratuita é un prezzo esagerato. Neanche un campione omaggio per provare nuovi prodotti. Come cliente sono deluso m. Grazie

La consegna non è stata delle migliori...
Ho ricevuto il materiale con una scatola danneggiata, tutti i prodotti per fortuna c'erano. Ma 2 dei 6 shampoo erano aperti e quindi avevano perso del liquido sporcando gli altri articoli e anche sicuramente danneggiando la scatola che poi si è bagnata e rotta.

The email you have received asking for a review is sent automatically after a set amount of days after the order is placed as the vast majority of packages are delivered withing that time. However it seems like your package might be stuck and we apologise for the inconvenience.
I can see you have contacted us about this yesterday. Unfortunately it is impossible to keep an eye on all our orders which is why we send the tracking on email as soon as the is shipped so the customer can keep an eye on it and contact us as soon as something looks wrong.
We have started at case with the shipping company and we will let you know once we have any news. We ask for your patience and understanding as the shipping company has to physically look for the package in their terminals which can take some time.
We promise we do what we can to find a solution as quickly as possible and we hope the shipping company find the order and are able to deliver it soon.

You placed the order March 14th and it was packed the same day. However, due to Easter the package first departed from the international sorting center April 19th. Since their terminals had been closed during Easter they had a lot of packages to go through, and on April 15th the package was delivered to you.
We are sorry for the longer delivery time, and we hope you are happy with the products.
