We have had the best experience with our move. You have taken all the stress out of moving, I was calm and relaxed the whole day!

We had David, Diamond, Alfie and Colin do our move for us and the were all incredible. They were so professional and polite, moved swiftly and with purpose. I was amazed how quickly they got all of our possessions in and out of their van!

David stood out to me as a leader, he came up with a plan and let me know of what is going to be going on, he provided the rest of the team with direction for the whole day and only came to me for important decisions. He was outstanding!

I would highly recommend Britannia Bearsby and will be using them for all my moving needs in the future!

We were relocating from Kent to Pembrokeshire, and from the initial meeting with Ralph, where all our concerns were eased, we realised we would be in safe hands.The removal crew were extremely professional and cheery and worked so efficiently both loading and unloading, taking care of our possessions and ensuring everything ran smoothly over the 2 days. We were extremely happy with the service we received from all members of the team. Bill was great at packing. We were impressed with his speed and curtesy. John and Jordan were so friendly and quick at either end of the move. Thank you for making a potentially scary experience a pleasure.

The whole team were brilliant, ours was quite a daunting move over a considerable distance with a few issues along the way, not least of which was a significant delay waiting for house sale funds to clear and possession to be finalised accordingly.

Excellent service, no issues at all with the packing service, which included moving a very thin and large OLED TV and dismantling, moving putting together again a TV bed. Staff were courteous and friendly, they were a bit rushed at the other end but couldn't blame them as a named storm was arriving that evening.

Everything was made easy and was professionally handled from the visit to quote to moving day. The crew who moved us were approachable and kind with a sense of humour which made a stressful day more bearable. Access to the new property is difficult and one of the vans couldn't get down, but the crew sorted it quietly and coped very well .

Kate, Paul & Kieran were so quick to respond, easy to work with and were very clear with their communication. Especially with our situation having to get this done really last minute, they did such an amazing job to rush it! From enquiry -> collection it took <24 hours. The guys who came to collect did such an amazing job! They were professional, quick, worked so well together to have our stuff all sorted, packed and gone within the hour! We were Very impressed!

We received an incredible service from all the staff at Bearsbys! We were moving from Kent to Buckinghamshire. There was going to be a five month period in temporary accommodation in between, so all our furniture and effects had to go into storage. Everything went like clockwork thanks to the efficiency and competence of these wonderful people. We were amazed at how quickly and smoothly all our possessions were packed away into the removal vehicle - all done in two hours! Five months later, and the process was reversed - once again, the operatives worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job in just two hours. The weather was awful on that day, but that didn't stop the removers from being cheerful and friendly, and they were very careful to protect all the floor surfaces and carpeting.

So, we had an excellent experience from start (when Ralph first gave us the quote) to finish. Everyone we came into contact with in the office was polite, informative and efficient, as were the removers themselves. Thank you very much, everybody, for the five star service!

I have nothing but positive remarks for every person I came into contact with at Bearsby's Tunbridge Wells/ Maidstone.
Ralph - our original contact who provided us with a quote and explained everything thoroughly, very easy to deal with and always happy to answer any questions. Really put us at ease at the very start of the process.
Michael & Katey - very quick on comms and again answered all our questions speedily in a cheery manner.

Our moving crew David, Simon & Mia were extremely punctual, hard working, friendly and really looked after our items.

Wouldn't hesitate to use & recommend Bearsby's.

Paid for a service to be told I had not paid when I did. Lots of grumbling form workers when I paid for service to remove house. Dismantling they did great job. Putting wardrobe back to gather not goodcat all left out important screws did not finish putting things back together. Rushed to put my settee back to gather they ripped it. My settee is only 2 years old. I told them they did not appogise or offer claim form this was not a cheap move not happy with the service as all the workers didn't wanna be there .the move it self was pretty straight forward and easy just very stressful

We were relocating from Kent to Hampshire. Ralph quoted on a removal for us. He was very polite and professional, the quote was reasonable for the distance involved. On the day, the removal team arrived on time and cleared our home quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the move failed to complete that day and they had to return to Kent with the contents of our house. This was obviously very stressful for us, but both Ralph and Michael kept in touch and reassured us that our belongings were safe. Michael was able to change a few things around so that our belongings could be returned the following Tuesday. The removal team arrived in good time and again worked so hard to get everything unloaded into our new home. We were very impressed with both removal teams and all the help we had from Michael, Ralph and Katey. We would not hesitate to recommend Bearsbys to anyone. Thank you all!

We used Bearsbys to store our downstairs furniture and effects while we had the place gutted to remove asbestos, and then remodelled, over a period of 6 months. I had got a few quotes and they all came in at similar prices. Bearsbys stood out because I got the impression (from Ralph Sayers) that they cared that our work went well and cared about their role in it. That's a great attribute for people who are stressed and busy with thumping great house moves or major disruptions, or concerned about their effects. We got Bearsbys to pack and store. The team was good-natured, appreciated good tea and coffee, and very operative in packing and moving all our effects. Communications subsequently were quick and a minor issue was settled very fast. Bearsbys were flexible in getting our effects back to us too and taking away (for a charge) some large items we no longer needed. I'd use them again in a flash and recommend them thoroughly.
