I bought a while back a beard oil and brush for 12.99 next thing I have a box of oils 11 in total and a brush after being charged 12.99 they charged an additional £100 odd from my card. This left my credit card overdrawn and me unable to eat I was on a trust deed so every penny was a prisoner. I actually had missed a couple of lunches to be able to afford the oil as a treat for my self. I emailed them to be told is made two orders less than two minutes apart. It’s funny it takes longer than that to put your details in and navigate the site which was really slow. Any way u get an email back from the owner Kristian or something like that to say sure we will give you the money back just send us the oils back unopened. Obviously I had to open the package to see what was addressed to me and I couldn’t afford to send it back having 0 money I asked to make a complaint in which the ever so nice owner essentially said I don’t have a leg to stand on he offered to give me £3 to send the items back which would cost a lot more I even said he could have all the items back and just refund the fraudulent (I was using the term mistaken but it was a payment I didn’t authorise) payment he had taken and pay a courier on his side to take the stuff back. I literally tried to kill myself due to depression and being unable to eat and this guy thought bumping me out of £100 was cool. The beard oil is ok at best it’s very basic with some scents scruff stuff and shakes beard are much better. Also they had the gall to send me promo emails recently after being asked to remove me from their mailing list oh and I have clicked to let them know about the review kristian when you read this I just want you to know karma is a beautiful thing and it will come for you
