Juan, thank you for your review. We advertise that when adding fasteners to our stock P&T folders "Orders normally ship in 24-48 hours". Lately they have been taking 2-3 working days instead of 2 working days which we could list on the website. NOTE - your order was placed on Monday 11/19 of Thanksgiving holiday week and plant closed early on 11/21 as well as 11/22-23. Your order shipped on Monday the 26th after the long weekend. We appreciate your business and will try and do better on letting you know when orders will ship.

Beaglelegal: Accessible and High Quality Customer Support
Beaglelegal is easily accessible, with an easy to navigate portal. Their selection is much more vast than is needed for us, which is nice as we expand and make any changes to our current file folder processes. It is beyond simple to re-order the same products time and time again. You'll be done within minutes with each order. They offer extremely supportive Customer Service. They will keep you updated throughout the entire order and shipment process. They will reach out when they have any trouble sourcing, and do all they can to make up for the any delays. The only reason I take one star is from an experience as such, where there was trouble sourcing one of our orders; the customer service was top notch, but quality control is not necessarily done at time of packing the boxes (which has nothing to do with Customer Service). When we received the order (rushed to us to make up for the 2 week printing delay), the front cover print was not great quality (off center, some smudges and some cut offs). So this is more, once they have been provided from the source vendor, as Beaglelegal pack boxes, pull those that are not great quality prints, get yourself a discount and possibly offer that back to the ordering customer (if applicable and possible). Just a one star thought! But overall, great vendor for quality products, we all need (in the Legal field), where you will find great customer support throughout the entire order and receipt process.

Paul, my sincerest apologies! I'm working on getting information on your order this AM and will advise ASAP.
I was told your order was shipping on the 14th and I went on vacation on the 13th, returning last Friday the 29th to work. I put on a call to production on the 29th once I saw your order hadn't shipped and am still waiting on answer and explanation as to how the ball got dropped. Very uncharacteristic of us, your order deserved more attention and communication. Be in touch ASAP, you're my highest priority today.
