We've been kitted out with paddle boards, brobes, waterbottles, changing towels and spring suits over the years. They have been for family fun, gifts and everyday use throughout the year. Could not recommend enough! From 5 years old to 70s this brand had kept us warm and dry all year. Having tried numerous brands for wild swimming all year, beachbums spring suits are my favourite, the colours, the fit, warmth and movablility these give are phenomenal! Always get excited to see what new products are next!

When I went to order there was an offer on that meant you could receive some extra bits with your board, unfortunately the offer didn’t come up when I added to my cart but almost immediately after speaking to customer support, Max had it solved and added the extras onto my order manually. Shipping took 3 days but Northern Ireland isn’t applicable for next day delivery with anywhere so I can’t fault them for that and I was still really impressed with how fast it arrived!

There are parts of my board around the grip where glue can be seen but it doesn’t affect the board at all and cosmetically, doesn’t bother me at all (as I said, doesn’t change how the board works at all)

Really impressed with Beach bum from start to finish, also really love that they have BNPL options to spread the cost of a larger purchase.
Genuinely so thrilled with their customer service and quality.

Only thing I would ask is to include instructions either with the board or online on how to correctly attach a kayak seat for people who are a bit thick like me and had a hard time figuring it out!!

Got given a paddleboarding bag for Christmas, used it once and it was ripped at the bottom. Tried to contact customer service who were atrocious, took 3 days to get initial response which was “looks like they didn’t use this for one of our paddleboards” so basically shaming me for not having a beachbum board. Since then, no response. VERY unhappy ans will not use again.

It’s fine but disappointing for the price, you’re definitely paying the “pink tax”. The paddle is atrocious and it’s much harder to paddle and steer than any other paddle I’ve ever used. The elastic is slack so doesn’t hold onto anything. I bought my husband a tidal rave at the same time, included all the same stuff but was £40 cheaper and is so so SO much better.

I loved my board but unfortunately it had a very small leak in the seam, I contacted customer services and they helped me straight away and got a replacement sent the next day, the boards are amazing despite this and the staff are 10/10 so helpful and kind! Best customer service I've ever received, couldn't recommend them enough!

Purchased the Limited edition black Tiger Paddle board for my partners birthday, great website with loads of information. The Board arrived next day 😊
The whole set was amazing and great value for money with the amount you get. Unfortunately there was a small fault with the board. I reached out to Max on the Saturday, He called me at 21:30 at night to discuss what was wrong, I thought I would wait until Monday to resolve but Beachbum reacted quickly and resolved the issue straight away!
With that Max despatched a new board first thing Monday morning to rectify the issue. Couldn’t be happier with the new board received and to have this resolved so easily and quickly was amazing.
I couldn’t recommend Beachbum enough to anyone thinking of buying. His customer service is amazing and the paddle board set is fantastic.
100% will buy again from Beachbum!

Not impressed with my items received. Lots of thread coming off the bodysuit and also the dry robe received had a black mark down the back and a missing zip! Really not impressed

From my very first interest Max was there to answer every question I had. Unfortunately, there was an issue with delivery but again Max sorted it straight away and it came the following morning. I absolutely LOVE my very first paddle board and cannot wait to get out on it tomorrow. As soon as it arrived I tested setting it up and putting it away and it was so easy. I cannot fault customer service! I 100% recommend Beachbum to anyone, if you’re thinking about it just do it! You won’t be disappointed. Ordered the new dawn pink SUP. Firstly the delivery was super fast and the board quality is excellent. Had the chance to test it out tonight on the lake and it certainly didn't disappoint. The kit comes with everything you need to get up and running with your paddle board and assembly is very easy. Super thankful for this top quality board and can't wait to enjoy it throughout summer.

The item was delivered quickly and is so much better quality than other robes that I have tried around the same price. It was really warm and fantastic when camping and paddle boarding.

I've been looking at Beach Bum SUPs for about a year, and finally pulled the trigger on an order. They are more expensive than others on the market, but I've been drawn to the fact they are so well reviewed, both product and service wise so I kept going back to the web listing. I think they are worth the extra investment from what I can see. Very much you get what you pay for! Doesn't hurt that the designs are absolutely beautiful!

I've only just placed my order, so can only speak to that experience so far, but was delighted to get a phone call straight away after I made a post-order live chat enquiry. Super friendly team and can't wait to get out on my new board!! Thanks folks!

Used my board for the first time over the weekend and it was brilliant! I love the fact everything fits in the travel bag so easy so you don't have to fight to pack it all back in. Board and accessories are great quality and it was nice and sturdy. Definitely recommend the car pump, makes it so quick to get it up to PSI. Overall, delighted!

I love my beachbum coat. I’ve only just bought it and thought I wouldn’t get to much use from it as it’s been so warm. A couple of evenings have turned chilly and I’ve popped my coat on and stayed in the garden nice and warm. Thoroughly recommend them.

Everything was so easy, I had an issue with the payment and it was rectified so quickly and efficiently I was called to explain the issue and how we could rectify it. The actually board is amazing, it's the most stable I've felt on a SUP all the accessorise I got too were fantastic! The dry bag is a lot bigger then I thought it would be which is fantastic, having the seat to make it kayaky was so great for when my little legs got tired, absolutley the most amazing company I've purchased from

I've just purchased the Beachbum pink power sup and went out at the weekend, first time using it and I had the most wonderful experience with it and even mastered standing which I found most tricky with my previous board. I would highly recommend this brand and now looking at purchasing one for my husband and 10-year-old daughter!
