Quick and easy transaction, no problems.

Generally my dealings with BBK were very good on this occasion. However part of my order totalling well over £2000 was a tube of acrylic joint adhesive which was supplied with only 2 mixing nozzles. This is totally inadequate as it is impossible to use half a tube before the set time. How much does a nozzle cost? You might easily need at least 6 nozzles if not more.

I’m a self employed kitchen fitter, placed my order with reasonable expectations, how wrong was I.
Twice I lost work to take time off for delivery only to be called once the day before and then on the actual rescheduled delivery day and told my order wasn’t arriving.
How many excuses can one company come up with? Well that’s two so far. Don’t waste your time ordering from this company, believe me you’ll be wasting more time than you expected.

We was going to pay out for quartz, so glad we didn’t, this worktop looks amazing, no join, jointing kit is easy to use, would recommend.
Delivery was quicker than we thought, keep you updated on the order. Very good company.

What more can you ask for?

Received plenty of notifications regarding the need for two able people to help the driver unload from the lorry.
The 3000mm x 600mm x 25mm weighed around 90+kg (so equivalent to four bags of cement) very heavy! Great product, ok to cut with jigsaw or better a fine cut 80 tooth TCT circular saw blade specified for cutting materials such as acrylic. Easy to use a router as well, made my own curved jigs. Polishing out scratches and excess adhesive easy with care, I put two layers of masking tape either side of the adhesive join which helped me realise & adjust how much acrylic I was taking away as the tape became scuffed. Overall excellent product, style &finish.
