After having so many varying quotes from conveyancers to local solicitors and reading so many reviews I didnt want to pick badly or feel i was overpaying. Flexible approach to handling customers’ needs

Mine wasn’t a straight forward equity buy out. A number of problems cropped up and Maxine and Emma just got on with it. Kept in touch with my broker and took away all the stress from me. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again

We found the initial service from the welcome team to be very responsive and efficient. The solictors were quite good at responding to us however the searches were not instructed as promptly as they should have been and we found ourselves chasing for updates and information which added to the stress of the overall experience.
