Update 2: Got an email on 8th claiming a refund had been sent. The a further email on the 9th, again claiming a refund had been sent. It is now 13th and there is no refund yet received. The situation just gets worse and worse!

Update: received a reply telling me the item had been sent (tracking showed this not to be true) and when I subsequently question this I got no further reply.

Received a dispatch notice swiftly from Bazachi but after a week I'd still not received my order. I then contacted Evri with the tracking number and they have informed me that, while a tracking number was generated, no parcel was ever dispatched to them. Very disappointed. I have contacted Bazachi but as of yet, I've received no reply.
Will be reporting to Action Fraud.

My item has not arrived. I will not be ordering anything else from your company again.

Their packaging was secure, and there were no issues with leaks. On top of that, the delivery was fast and hassle-free. I’m very impressed and will definitely be ordering from them again. First time using Bazachi after a friend recommended. Just as promised, next day delivery! All the glass jars were packed individually and they even put ice packs in the keep the cheese cold.

I ordered Jongga Naturally Fermented Kimchi Sliced Napa Cabbage 1.2Kg, and it took 5 days to get a complete different one delivered. I even translated it from Korean to english, its not the same brand.
Half ot the ingredients in the Jongga one is missing in the one delivered, it smells not even the same. Not the same jar, not the same writing on the jar. It seems they want to sell cheaper one for the price of the more expensive and better Jongga.

Haven't received order and had very little update on what is happening Not sure if the order will be full-filled?

10/10 with great customer service. Fully satisfied.
