My car came back home with some broken parts, they tried to fix something and then they broke something else.
High price for a very low quality jobs.
They are trying to fix a new battery and tires in your car even if you don’t need it.

My experience with Bat Mobile was an unmitigated disaster, a masterclass in deceit and incompetence. I entrusted them with a simple tire and battery replacement for my Dodge Durango, but what ensued was a catastrophic series of events that left me stunned and outraged.
After installing a Benz brand auxiliary battery, they claimed a warning sign appeared on my dashboard. Conveniently, this "warning sign" magically justified their subsequent extortionate demands. They informed me that my car's fuse board was malfunctioning and needed replacement – a claim that now seems laughable.
The so-called "Manager" Floyd sent me a message stating that a QC checkup would be performed, and I'd receive my car the next morning. Radio silence followed, with no updates or communication. When I attempted to contact them, my calls went unanswered.
The next day, I finally managed to reach Floyd, who dropped another bombshell: my car's ABS module needed replacement, with a price tag of 8000 AED. The total bill, including tire and battery replacement, ballooned to an eye-watering 11,000 AED.
Here's the kicker: my car had no issues prior to their "service." In fact, it's now at my own service center, where they're fixing the very problems Bat Mobile claimed existed. This is a clear case of predatory overcharging and blatant dishonesty.
*DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TRUST BAT MOBILE.* Their business practices are reprehensible, and their "technicians" are either incompetent or deliberately malicious. If you value your hard-earned money and your vehicle's well-being, stay far, far away from this company. FLOYD 547879031. and the funniest part is this company have a complaint number and That is the same number of manager. we can’t speak to anyone in this company I’m going to court case upon this company I think story begins
Frauds
Frauds. They messed a simple service and brake pads replacement job in to a nightmare. They replaced the brake pads with faulty pads, the car started making noise. When the car was returned the same time to fix the noise, they blamed the newly replaced brake pads and tried to sell new pair of brake pads, without any refund for the first faulty brake pads that they put in. They have no record of which brand they put the brakes pads of. The faulty brake pads were charged 4 times the price of top notch break pads and yet after replacement, they themselves blamed that the part will cause noise. While they never informed about the noise bit, plus the salesperson gave in writing that the expensive part is from agency and could be replaced if needed. After all this they are keeping my car for 2 weeks now.
I have lodged a complaint with consumer protection, so avoid these fraudsters at any cost.

I purchased a battery from them about two years ago, and the technician persuaded me to buy a service package that initially seemed like a great deal. Unfortunately, my experience with them was nothing short of a disaster.
When I scheduled my first service, I ended up waiting the entire day just for them to pick up my car. Then, what should have been a simple minor service—just an oil change and AC filter cleaning—somehow took them over a day and a half. The delays and lack of efficiency were beyond frustrating.
The package I purchased included four minor services and one major service, but to be honest, there was no real distinction between them.
Since I had already spent a significant amount, I felt compelled to use it.
When the time came for my major service, the manager reassured me that everything would be handled professionally. Yet again, they kept my car for four days, and when I requested a service report, all they provided was a single picture. I had to escalate the issue just to get a proper digital or printed copy, which should have been standard practice from the start.
At this point, it was obvious that they were only interested in taking money rather than providing any real quality service.
The entire experience was filled with delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism.
My advice? Always check customer reviews before committing to a service. I wish I had done so beforehand. This company lacks honesty, respect, and proper service—they operate purely as a money trap, squeezing every penny they can from unsuspecting customers.
I’ve already filed a complaint with consumer rights, and I hope others do the same to hold them accountable.

I purchased a battery from them like 6 months ago and the guy sold a service package to me which is sounds really really good.. then I called them for 1st service which also a nightmare.. the pick up person that supposed to come at 10am came at 4pm(basically waiting for him the whole day) then they said that the car will take 1 and a half day for a minor service.. change oil,cleaning ac filter and etc.. so to cut the story short When they return the car and I Starr driving it, the car sounds weird..so I open and check my radiator (like I always do weekly..) then to find out my radiator was empty. I was so frustrated coz this might cause a big damage to the car.. shouted at them the manager check the cctv and apologised..and he said it will never happen again.. sooo.. the package is like 2 monitor service and 2major service which to be honest I don't know really know what the difference.. and it's not cheap so u don't have a choice but to use it.. then 2nd service..I called them for the major service, and the manager said he will make sure that it was taken care of.. I give them time..so 2 days they have my car. Then after 2 days the car is finished so I ask for a report.. the guy took a picture..I said its not professional..send me a digital copy atleast..or photocopy it..he didn't agree so I complain to the manager which he did convince him to give me. But then the same problem..but this time they put little water on my radiator.. and this time they blame it on me. Basically I'm frustrated. This people knows only to take money from you. So my advice pls learn amd read all reviews from the constumers ,which I suppose I should do fbefore getting that package.
Not recommended and very bad costumer care.
I'll try to make a complaint on costumer rights..hopefully they already get a lot of complain so they can make it right.

I had a terrible experience with this service. After they took my car, I received no updates or answers. All they sent were random numbers to track my car, which was completely unhelpful. The lack of communication and professionalism is beyond frustrating, This place is a joke. The customer service team is clueless, and the entire experience from start to finish was frustrating. They didn’t give me any real answers, and the follow-up was nonexistent. Totally unprofessional
Bike battery and Audi service and testing
Got my battery replaced for my bike. Was very happy with the service as the mechanic knew what he was doing. Looking at this service. I visited their venue in Al quoz to show my audi and they diagnosed and told me all the issues i had with my car also gave me a reasonable quote to get it all fixed. Have sent 3 of my friends after me and all are very happy with their service and their once stop facility

I had battery issues and looked for online services to get it replaced. I found Battmobile.
They sent one of their guys, he came and then offered me a package that includes battery replacement (9850 AED). The package includes 2 major services and 4 minor services. It was too tempting that I agreed. Little did I know I was signing off my money to some unprofessionals.
Here’s how it gets interesting. I have a jeep wrangler JK. Went to desert a couple of time and I need to send for major service as the car was wobbly and shaky. They said they will diagnosed the car and let me know if it requires major service or not. I wasn’t surprise when they told me it needed major service. I agreed and later on, they sent me a bill of 5k AED for some parts that needed to be change.
I was shocked and asked them what’s the major service for? What about the amount I initially paid? They said most parts are not included in the package even though I paid over 9k.
I agreed to change the parts at my own expenses. They fixed the car and sent me back with default in the motor. I sent the car back then after attempts of fixing it, they delivered it. I drove for 30min and my car started overheating (issues I never had before giving them my car). On top of that, they lost some screws from my tyres. I talked to them about it and they told me “sir these screws are not security related issues”. I was shocked and said “it’s my car and I bought it with all the stuff inside so you better find my screws and put them back.
They fixed the car and then delivered it to me and again there was another issue. 4 times I sent my car to Battmobile and still they can’t fix it. ITs been more than a week they still can’t fix my car. They lack skills and talents. The only good thing from that garage is the cleaning service.
Really disappointing service and I learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN.
Battmobile: BAD EXPERIENCE
As normal in UAE, your car battery dies after 2 years. I called Battmobile, i asked for prices of the batteries (they would not give them over the phone, they said the technician who would visit me at my home would give the prices).
Technician arrived i would say within 40mins (great service) he identified the battery was going to fail and we agreed the battery should be changed. My car is Mercedes 2022 GLC200, he gave me the technical differences for the batteries and recommended the Varta 80AGM, i asked what is the price (TO MY ASTONISHMENT IT IS AED1,999.00) Never in my life have i been asked to pay so much for a battery, even if it is his best one.
Anyway as i knew i had to replace, i pretty much had to agree, and paid the AED1,999.00. On reflection and checking with other reputable battery replacement organisations, this battery can be purchased from AED750-900, and fitted no more than AED1,200.00
I did raise a complaint thereafter (by the way the link to the complaint form does not work) and a QA Manager spoke to me and tried to make out that this was how much an Agency (Mercedes would charge) which for me was irrelevant as Battmobile are NOT Mercedes. To try and keep me happy he offered a service for my car or a family car, which i told him i will never let his organisation work on any car of mine (see the other review on trust pilot).
They clearly rip you off, they ripped me off, they know you are in a difficult position, your battery is failing and they are at your car ready to replace it and you have no real option to check prices, i am officially ripped off by Battmobile, they know it and i know it and now anyone who reads this will know it.
Good Beginning, Disastrous End
If there is less than one star, I would have used it...
Over a year ago, I needed a new battery for my car. Battmobile offered a good choice at a reasonable price, and I was happy with the service. When they promoted a service package, I did not hesitate to buy one. My car needed a service, and its heat indicator was coming on, so I submitted the car to them having the confidence that they would meet my expectations based on my past experience.
But:
- They did not (or could not) establish a full list of necessary repairs as it turned out. They attributed the fault to the water pump and the thermostat. They gave me a quotation, and I agreed. Then they said the Engine Oil Cooler needed replacement, and I agreed. Then they wanted to replace a set of hoses, and I also agreed to it. Then they wanted to change the radiator, which I refused and asked for the car to be returned. Before they returned the car they declared that the engine was in need of replacement and I asked for the car to be returned again. The car was returned but it was not drivable and had to be scrapped after a costly set of repairs. It was like stepping in shifting sand, you sink further with every step on the way.
- I asked for the old parts to be returned and only returned an engine oil cooler, one hose, and an old radiator. The set of five hoses was nowhere to be seen.
- The parts prices were inflated. They charge AED 2793.00, while prices obtained from the main agency (Al Tayer) amount to AED 1890.00 as shown.
- They refused to provide copies of purchase invoices that I asked for.
- The replacement of one hose, similar to the one given back, is only AED 83.00, inclusive of VAT. I was charged AED 1400.00. I have a quote for that from Al Tayer.
- The total bill was AED 3800.00 If I was told from the beginning that it would be that much, I would not ask them to carry the repairs.
- I was unable to elevate my concern to a senior manager. I was told that he would not answer telephone calls. He talked to me once using his employee’s mobile phone, so I have no contact number to call, no full name and no designation.
