I paid a premium price for a Dyson replacement battery and it failed after 18 months. I have sent 2 emails to the suggested 'sales' email address and the company has failed to respond. Web site states 12 months guarantee but if paying premium price I would expect battery to last longer. Might as well have paid low price on eBay! Answer your customer emails please.

Last hope to the battery shop, placed a order last Wednesday. Told me they had taken my money and my order would be processed 3 to 5 days. Since then have tried to make contact on the web site and left message on the phone had no further mails. Now over a week and cannot get past all our agent are busy.

The battery for our Dyson V8 works very well. When the first battery did not arrive, a new one was sent to us express delivery.

Ordered a battery and 2x filters. Only received the battery and 1x filter and after numerous attempts and phone calls, nothing, no answers to email or calls.
Wont be using them again.

We like lots of others kick the back side out of our Dyson, we have seen some issues with non charging and just stopped, did all the usual cleaning and still intermittent stopping
So looked on line did my research and found this company, got what I needed v6 battery and liked the price cheaper than original Dyson, read all the blurb about batteries that are cheaper from Big A and E but I feel that if I have an issue I can contact Sussex and be able to chat, air my concern and have my interest listened too, new battery installed and all is good, will recommend

Unfortunately the item has not arrived I ordered it on the 09/08/22 I have sent a message today through the contact us page on the website asking for the tracking reference and not had a reply either.

I ordered Sunday afternoon , and had to wait eight days before the battery was delivered .
Battery is fine and works well

Once ordered it took long time to arrive. However battery fits. It had a 2 min charge to ensure it fitted. Have left on charge over night. Will wait to see if it is fit for purpose.

Then battery was easy to swap out. So far (2 recharges) it's all going great. So no complaints :)

Followed all the detailed guidance and battery failed after 17 months. Can not get through on customer service number. Left 3 messages and never got a call back (its been two weeks). I will continue to pursue as I don't think its right to take customer's money and not have the courtesy to call back and address faulty goods. Cheaper options on Amazon with better reviews.

I am now fully assured that the battery shop Sussex is a dishonest business because of their reply to my comment here and no reply to my call. I regularly wash and change my filters after my first Dyson battery failed. But they wouldn’t know this because they didn’t speak to me. Their response is completely made up. This is why I am dissatisfied because an expensive battery failed after I did follow all the detailed instructions. Never come across such a poor business that ignores calls for over two weeks but responds to a negative review within 24 hours with false made up facts.

Also I was unaware of the point they make about Amazon reviews. Also False! (Try for yourself to leave a review for an old purchase). Laughable really. Thankfully I can afford to lose £61. Dishonest business. AVOID. Dyson is way more honest and reliable. Will always respond and have an honest conversation with you. Worth the extra few quid if you don’t want to try Amazon. (Amazon batteries also come with 12 month warranty and so even if they last that long it’s still way cheaper than BSS).

Used this company for the first time & I was pleasantly surprised with the Product & the speed of delivery.
I will definitely return in the future.

Placed my order on Tuesday for Thursday delivery. Sent an email on Saturday as I'd had a message from DPD saying there was "an unexpected delay in my area". No response on Monday so phoned. Left answer phone message as no one picked up. Tuesday still no one to answer the phone so left another message, and sent another email. Wednesday still no contact, and still no delivery. Poor customer service is one thing, but this company has no customer service at all.

A first class service and product. However, it would be good if you could offer a battery made somewhere other than China.

I ordered a battery on the 19th July promised for 20th-21st still have not received the battery

It was very easy to find the battery that I needed from the Battery Shop. The replacement battery was well packed, and arrived in just two days.
