This has been the wrist purchasing experience of my life. I bought a laptop charger the plug came out straight away. They had me post back to get my refund even though I sent pictures of it clearly broken. MONTHS later I am STILL chasing them by email for my refund. It’s actually to the point it’s blatant theft and they are lying to me.
