This business scams customers. I purchased a television through the NZ version of this website in August 2023. The advertisement said it included a 3 year warranty from battery mate and 1 year manufacturer.
On purchase no documentation was provided for the warranty so I contacted the business. I was assured that the warranty applied even though there was no official documentation.
The TV is now experiencing issues and the business is refusing to honour the warranty. They are also claiming its for Australia only.
There is an NZ website that defaults to the Australian one.
The business calll centre is outside Australia.
They are scammers and con artists. AVOID.

I have been very civil until now as im really disappointed in your service.

I need to know "where it is" and when it will be delivered. It has been a nightmare trying to get correct info since buying through you guys and the tracking is bs.

I live in Northern NSW, they sent my items from Sydney to Adelaide. When I Emailed them they said they sent to wrong depot, what a joke they sent it South and should have been North!!!
Paid on the 19/5/25, now the 30/5/25, still no batteries!!!!!!

Excellent service, website was easy to negotiate and the product arrived rapidly and was exactly as described. Works perfectly.

For a start I ordered a X550A computer battery on the Tuesday and on the Friday the package arrived BUT it was clearly marked X550E not what I ordered. So I got straight onto the return site Friday afternoon it took a email on Monday and 2 on Tuesday before ok notification and label within an hour it at the post office I need it urgently.

I had a great deal but with a little miscommunication I had a small issue. Batteries are good. Battery Mate were great with their communication and fast delivery. Definitely would buy from them again.

I purchased a number of items from this store and what a mistake that was. "Owner" happy to help before you buy but disappears off the planet when something is wrong.

4x Milwaukee "6Ah" batteries but the ones I received were 5 Ah with 6Ah stickers on them.

Bose Soundlink battery sold as a "Bose" battery (all other non-genuine batteries were labeled "compatible", this was not, hence giving the impression it was genuine. Battery lasted for 2 charges then failed.

Floating glow stick balls - they were tiny 15cm balls. Advertised as 30cm balls and that was the only size they sold so it was obviously not a "wrong product packed" mistake. Refused to refund me in any amount. Insisted I send them back at my expense. Purchased before Xmas so had no choice but to use the glow sticks that came with the smaller balls and obviously am not going to pay (more) to send them back when I bought them for an even that had passed. After dozens of emails they finally offered be a 20% refund but never gave it.

I've had a better sales experience on Temu and that's saying something. This guy is operating in Australia and should comply with our higher standards. Please don't make the mistake of believing that it is a legitimate store because it has an Australian ABN. Stay away and resist the temptation to buy the cheaper products.

Found exactly what I needed for my Dyson vacuum shipping was quick and saved me tons of money.

incorrect battery sent out 3 times. Saga has been ongoing for 6 months.
Escalated to a manager after getting refunds, returning battery and hoping they send out the correct one.

Just purchased a MagSafe 1 charger for an old MacBook. The team were super supportive with my inquiry, and quickly replaced a faulty charger that had been originally sent out.

Worste Company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a wireless carplay adapter on 23 Jan,from BatteryMate NSW. Have checked tracking, which still says it has been packed, and that is where it stops, as of today 5 Feb. I have sent 2 Messages asking where it is, finally got email 2 days ago saying they would get back to me, still waiting. I am still waiting to hear back to tell me where it is

Worst business to deal with. I purchased batteries online but they were the wrong size. I requested a return of goods, received the return label and sent the batteries back in early December.
In early January I emailed the company requesting an update on my refund. I was advised someone was looking into it but now no one will respond to my emails.
After two months I assume I will not be receiving a refund.

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased from Batterymate, everything went great. Quality product, great price & quick shipping.

Dyson V8 Motorhead. This Dyson motorhead is amazing, just glides on our hardwood floor, great on carpets. We were considering getting a new Dyson but this has transformed our V8 into a new lease of life and with the replacement battery we purchased from Batterymate last year running time has never been better. We ordered on the 18th December 2024 and it was delivered in super quick time on the 24th December. I was not expecting this until after Christmas even early January given the time of the year. Awesome dealing with Batterymate.
