I purchased the Alurae shower set and had it professionally installed. When a valve began to leak and the knobs and cover plate began to corrode Bath Select had no replacement parts available. If you want parts and customer service buy your shower sets from Delta or Moen, not this Off Brand at Bath Select. Bath Select offers zero parts or service.

Ordered a faucet and received it on time. All was good until it came time to send it back for refund. If you call customer service, you’re put in a queue with a wait time of 45 minutes but after one or two minutes it disconnects you. Have called four or more times with no success. Sent a email to their listed email for returns and comes back as a bad address. Don’t think I’ll be doing any more business with this company if I can’t get any type of resolution.
